Festival question?

just a question about the winter festival. I was wondering if you were allowed to do r/o's there. I'm not really planning on participating in the actual like prize getting thing because I'm not too interested so it wouldn't be going towards that, I just wanted to know because I want a read only with two of my characters interacting and the festival would be a perfect reason for them to see each other. So is it allowed or no?

I'm pretty sure it's allowed.

I know that's not concrete, but I did it so that one of my characters could give the other a gift. I haven't been yelled at so I'm pretty sure it's fine, especially if it'll just be for the sake of interaction. I don't honestly see a reason for it to be disallowed other than perhaps in the case of the prizes.

Making R/O's is fine, although Raze is right: R/O's don't count towards prizes
