Laikira wondered through the edges of the Mysterious Forest, tail swaying behind her as she walked on two legs. Pink tough paw pads that had been cut many times in the woman's past loner life crunched on the ice that lay atop the frozen grassy ground. She sighed softly, the air around her was so quiet. So...peaceful. The hustling and bustling and voices of all the other wolves was making her a little bit anxious, being in a pack was very different then from her past. She was indeed accustomed to the silence of the forest and land, the soft sway of the rustling leaves or bare branches softly rubbing among each other.

A flicker of lonliness filled her bright sky blue eyes for a moment, but the fae pushed the feeling away, happy to just be here alone with the silence. Raising her muzzle to the air, the girl smiled as her eyes gazed up at the bright fluffy white clouds and the little break throughs in beteween the clouds where the sky shone through. White-covered tree tops caught the corners of her eyes as well.

Suddenly, with a swift movement of her paws, she tripped over a twisted root that was along the edge of the forest and fell. With an alarmed yip she fell flat on her stomach and on her face. Growling softly, small tears pricked at her eyes for her foolishment. Good thing she was alone. Slowly picking herself up, the humiliated she-wolf brushed off the moist dirt that clung to her clothes and short black hair. Running her paws through her air quickly, she rid of a few dead leaves and more dirt. "Gah" She mumbled, trying to untangle the dirt that lay stuck in her white fur. Managing to get most of herself clean, Laikira walked to a large grey boulder that was at the base of a very large bare tree and sighed. Sitting on it, the snow white fae rested her back on the hard dark auburn bark, drawing her knees close to the fae's bust, Laikira once again gazed up at the sky, another sigh pouring from the woman.

Even though she liked the silence and alone time, the clumsy she-wolf couldn't bring herself to forget about that lonely feeling that kept gnawing at her. "Go away" she mumbled to the feeling, moreso herself, dropping her muzzle to close her eyes, lost in deep thought.

OOC New table!

Hadley had been minding his own business, tripping through the forest. He had set off, looking for the horses, as their presence calmed the rather timid male. Instead he had managed to get lost. He wasn't used to moving around on his own. Always Amy had been the one in charge. He didn't know much of life beyond following behind the wagon and his own tiny room. He'd been lucky before. Finding a route that passed the festival without sending him into a frenzy of fear had been a very bad idea, resulting in said state.

The sound of someone collapsing brought Hadley moving forwards. Even if the person wasn't friendly, perhaps they could give him some direction, telling him where to go. A simple task could do that, as once in familiar grounds Hadley could probably find his way back to his room, which he would remain in for the rest of the day. Entering a small clearing Hadley spotted a white wolf. He silently stepped forward, uneasy about what to say now that he was there. It seemed she had already noticed him though, telling him to go away. Sorry. Hadley turned right around, looking for somewhere to go.

The she-wolf suddenly looked up, starteled. "Oh! Hi, no, not you" She smiled, embarressed at the male. Had he seen her fall? Sliding off the rock, the fae contemplated about introducing herself. The shy part of her began to enclose around Laikira, but the woman shook it off. Hesitant at first, Laikira extended her paw towards the male and took a small step forward. "My name is Laikira" The fae said with a shy warm smile, blue eyes staring at her paws before looking up to meet the brute's eyes.

The male seemed rather lost, looking around in diferent directions. "You seem like your lost, are you allright?" Laikira asked in a rather quiet voice. It was mid afternoon, the sun's rays just peaking out through the clouds, lighting everything up with a beautiful orange yellowish color before the sun once again dissapeared into the clouds. The warmth had felt good on her fur, even if it was just for a moment. Tail swishing softly along in the wind, Laikira expected the male to probably just end up getting away from her as fast as he could. Thats what wolves always did to her when she was a loner. So why wouldn't he do that now?

OOC Laughs

The wolf looked up, rather startled. Realizing she'd been talking to herself Hadley ducked his head, embarrassed. Of course she wasn't talking to him. He was just a slave. Then again, it had sounded an awful lot like an order to him. Perhaps he could be forgiven for his assumption. He watched a paw extend towards him, expecting to be struck. His ears flattened, his tail tucked away submissively. She introduced herself as Laikira, and Hadley realized his mistake. Hesitantly he took his hand, kissing it gently before letting go. Hadley.

She picked up his disastrous situation pretty quickly, realizing that he had no idea where he was. Afraid that someone would think he was trying to escape Hadley hastily tried to explain the situation. Was looking for horses. Was going to feed them. Took the wrong path. Maybe that would be bought. It was hard to believe, but it was the truth. Hopefully Laikira wouldn't ask around about it. Hadley hadn't been asked to feed the horses after all, going out to do that on his own.

Laikira was startled by his sudden submissive form. Wasn't she the one supposed to be in his place? Suddenly he head realized his mistake and introduced himself as Hadley. With a kind and soft chuckle, Laikira gave a warm friendly smile. "You shouldn't be afraid of me, well except that I might trip and fall ontop of you" Laikira laughed softly, dropping her paw to her side. "Nice to meet you, Hadley" She said, her cheeks suddenly turning a very bright red as he kissed her paw.

Ears flicking, there was something fishy about the way he hastily explained the situation. But, there was a reason that he didn't want her to know, so she left it alone. "Well, I could take you back to the stables if you like and we can get to know each other along the way" The clumsy she-wolf said with a smile. Laikira wanted to get to know Hadley a little bit more. She needed to get to know her packmates, right? And Hadley seemed nice and willing to listen. The peace and quiet was still there, just not as apparent. But, Laikira didn't mind. She liked having company and someone to talk to. Beginning to walk, she took a step forward and once again nearly tripped but this time almost fell backwards, falling in Hadley's direction. Why was she so clumsy? Always tripping and making a fool of herself.

OOC he's a lady killer XD

The smile Laikira gave him was soft and gentle, relaxing Hadley slightly. He was starting to figure out that a smile could just be a simple smile, not a trick to hurt him. That didn't mean he moved from his extremely submissive position. It had been drilled into his mind over and over again that he wasn't worth much, only to serve others. To insult this pretty female that he'd just met would be fatal. She seemed so delicate, even if she was able to turn around and kill him in an instant. That was something he'd learned to never underestimate people about.

Relief ran through his body at her words. Hadley nodded his head sharply, hoping that Laikira wouldn't be disappointed about him. He wasn't really much of a talker, after being injured each time he spoke out of turn. She started to move, Hadley dutifully followed behind, startling as she tripped towards him. Quickly he reached out his arms, catching her small body in his arms. Her fur was so soft to the touch. Blushing he quickly helped her regain her footing, staring at the ground.

OOC And she's a horrible lovesick cluts XD

He scented of only kidness and the slightest hint of fear. Fur soft and delicate to the touch. As he helped her regain her balance, Laikira's heart thrummed and she blushed bright red. Coughing, terribly embarrassed at herself, she began to slowly lead the way back to town.

White furred tail swishing softly behind her, Laikira sort of enjoyed the gentle silence. She didn't mind talking to the male, either. Laikira was intrigued to see if he'd make a move to say something to her. The sun broke through the clouds once again, it's small amount of warmth still carressing her small, clumsy form. The sun flickerd brightly in her blue eyes, making them that much more blue. Laikira stole a small glance at Hadley, before returning her gaze to the sky. Hadley looked rather nice in the small warmth of the sunlight, his scars not seeming to faze the white fae at all.

In the yellow and orange rays that had broke through the clouds, the brute's dark brown and grey fur had a sort of radiance to it. It was rather pretty, but Laikira reminded herself to not stare too long for it was rude. Also, she didn't want to seem weird. Heh. His submissive form worried Laikira a little bit, she didn't want him to be afraid of her. There was nothing to be afraid of! After awhile of silence, Laikira spoke with a soft velvet voice. "Beautiful day" She said quiettly, giving her an excuse to look over at him another time before looking away again.

OOC Laughs

Seeing Laikira's face turn bright red through the white fur relaxed Hadley. At least he wasn't the only one embarrassed by this situation. That soft show of clumsiness relaxed Hadley far more than anything else had. It made her seem like someone he could interact with, someone holding flaws just like him, though clearly not as severe as his own. As they moved sunlight broke through the clouds. It felt wonderful, a small bit of warmth stealing across the hybrid that was never secure, never warm enough. It didn't last long, just long enough for him to glance over at Laikira, her white fur reflecting the light as well as the snow around them. It didn't have that sharp diamond glaze that snow did, a softer glow that seemed like it would be warm to touch.

Laikira looked over at him, and Hadley's gaze returned to the ground. It would be extremely rude to be caught staring at someone higher ranked than him. It could be interpreted as a challenge, the last thing Hadley wanted. He wasn't a fighter of any kind. He felt her gaze linger briefly before turning away. Soft words reached his ears, spoken in a voice that seemed to just wrap around him. Gathering up his courage he spoke quietly. Very. A pause followed, where he realized that he really had nothing more to say. Reaching desperately for something to comment on Hadley said the first thing that popped into his mind. Do you come here often? Realizing what he'd said Hadley blushed again. I mean, come out here in the forest? That still sounded bad. Hadley looked away, hoping he hadn't made too much of a fool of himself.
