a firework
a dancing flame

Days had proved a little boring these days, sure engaging in meaningful activities with Jacinto was nice, but the russet woman searched for more. Something else new and foreign, something enjoyable and truly meaningful. Something that she could take on and use her responsibility to the fullest. A task maybe, often times the Scorpius had thought of asking the Aquila for some form of mission, a task to take on and accomplish. The co-ranks also appealed to the petite coywolf, bit those could be explored later. Lately she had been concerned about Jacinto, her choice of mate. He had distanced himself from his siblings and rarely left the room. A week or so ago, the tawny coywolf had left for the neutral territories, spending time on a beach with her rust Lykoi. Lately Omni had felt disgusted by the way some couldn't see what was in the relationship with Jacinto, if she wanted a play toy she would've simply stuck to a one-night-stand. Mateship was different, a bond, binding someone down to another being. And in her case, deep affection. Why couldn't some recognize that?

Omni had left the Mansion earlier in the day, after a few almost pitiful lessons on Jacinto's guitar the ruddy hunter had to depart from the room she shared to get some fresh air. Winter still held firm to her wishes of spring and color, warmth and green. Thrust a little while, a little more waiting and soon enough spring would make its debut. Se padded outside calmly it was promising knowing the areas were now well known to the female hybrid, how could she seriously get around if the place was foreign? Omni had found her way around the Mansion and set off towards Grimwell, salmon pink tongue lolling out contentedly showing any passerby her show of relaxation. As the caverns were  reached after a short few minutes, Omni tilted her crown down to peer into the dark of the caves. How could she be certain that there was someone in there? Were the caves already claimed? It was wiser not to test it out. There was an overwhelming urge to call Jacinto, take this walk with him. Have him take away her unease, be her pillar of security once again. Sitting back on her haunches, Omni watched as a small rodent scurried by her feet rather stupidly, quickly the girl pounced catching it in her jaws. As her teeth dug into its neck, snapping a few bones, it gave one last squeak before laying limp. Satisfied, the dusty coywolf walked away a few paces to examine her rather pitiful catch.
