AHIGA NISHANT
And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you can't replace
When you love someone but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?
FORWARD DATED TO 8th MARCH
Word Count :: 575 AW Pack Hunt. Ahiga will be hunting in optime form with a bow and arrows, although anyone who joins may hunt in whatever form they are most comfortable in.

Their pace back home had been slow and leisurely, the young lad relaxed upon Buck's back with Lokni padding alongside the pair in an almost eerie like silence. Stealing a glance down at the black spirit guide a excited and nervous smile spread across his lips, pride bursting through him; he had a spirit guide and what a guide he had! Other spirit guides he had encountered or heard about before were nothing more than useless birds that did nothing but preach their charges, whilst he had a pure black jaguar. Sure, he was somewhat terrified of the large predator as his instincts told him such a large cat was a threat and Lokni's personality did little to ease the young Nishant's nerves, but again and again the white hunter told himself it was a matter of time before he grew used to his guides intimidating appearance and grew accustomed to the jaguars unique personality.

Eventually the borders scents wrapped around him as if to welcome him home, green eyes looked into the lands and he felt instantly at ease. Guiding Buck in the general direction towards the stable he sat up and fixed his posture so that he looked the part of some fearsome hunter returning home, with his equally terrifying spirit guide beside him to add to the image; within his mind the picture made him smile, but the reality was he simply looked like a young boy attempting to imitate an experienced adult. Passing through the forest a scent hit him, causing him to quickly dismount the stallion. Looking around he pinpointed the direction of where the scent had come from and began to stalk his way the trees, keeping himself low and paying close attention to where he stepped as to minimise the amount of sound he made. Time stretched on as he progressed forward in tense silence, Lokni at some point had disappeared altogether which outright disturb the young hunter but he calmed himself with the fact he knew that despite all appearances Lokni was no threat to him and was there to help and guide him.

Through the trees in a small clearing a small heard of deer stood completely oblivious. Watching for a few moments he smiled and pulled back from them, returning to where he had left Buck. As soon as the stallion came into sight Lokni reappeared, silently staring at his charge, curiosity within the cats eyes. “You, eer, mind keeping track of them?” he asked vaguely, knowing the guide would understand what he meant. “If possible, could you also leave a scent trail for me, please. Eeer, I, uhm, wanna gather some other pack members together for a hunt” he explained, earning a slight nod and an approving toothy grin from the dark jaguar whom disappeared without saying anything.

Mounting Buck he urged the stallion to make his way to the stables quickly, dismounting him as soon as they came into sight. Throwing his head back he called for those free to meet him at the stables, excitement bubbling within him strongly. Quickly he removed Buck's saddle and other gear and left the horse in his stool; pausing by his box of junk to swap his spear for his bow and exited the stables interior, bow in hand, arrows slung across his back. Lazily he padded to the side of the stables entrance and waited there to see who would answer his call, if anyone.

Shanta

OOC: WC: 417!

Shanta was in the stables. She had been in there for most of the day cleaning it up. She swept out the aisle and organized the tack room. Saddles were now sorted by horse and the appropriate reins and headstall were with it. Shanta still couldn't believe what she learned of Liliana. There were now only first tier animal workers, so she knew her job was important. She needed to care to all the animals, not only the horses. The bird, sheep, and cows would now be parts of her daily routine. She loved all animals and this wouldn't be much of a chore for her. For now, however, she was only taking care of the horses. She was distributing grass and feed to each horse when she came to a familiar stall.

Shanta opened the door to the stall and went up to the dapple. She had Belle's head caressed in her arms within minutes. She had missed the mare while she had been gone. Her long fingers scratched the horses neck, mimicking love bites. She leaned her head into the dapples' and released a calmed sigh. She loved being near Belle again, she and the mare had grown close last year. Shanta grabbed curry comb and began to comb over the dapples coat. Grooming always put her in a sort of trance and she only focused on the horse and where she was. Bringing her out of her relaxed daze was hoof steps entering the stables. She naturally checked the air and recognized the scent of Ahiga Nishant. She stayed where she was and continued to stroke the mare, not bothered by the arrival. She then replaced her curry comb with a soft brush and began to gloss over her body to remove the newly loosened hair.

However, at Ahiga's call her ears pricked and she raised an eyebrow. The call was not an urgent call, it was a more relaxed call. She patted the mare and then turned to leave the stall, placing the brush in her basket. Before walking out, she dusted off her denim shorts and her shawl, she was coated in the dapples fur. She straightened herself out then walked out. Looking towards the stable entrance, she saw the white male. She wasn't sure if he knew he wasn't alone, so she walked towards him, making her present noticeable. "What is it you are calling for?" she asked him. She leaned up against a nearby wall and watched the young male.

OOC STUFFS HERE!

If she had not been in the area then she wouldn't have come, in fact she would have hidden from the call. But a strange curiosity overtook her and she found herself wandering over to seek out what was happening. The snorts and impatient hoof beats of a horse nearby though had her insides quaking, she hated horses, she really did and feared them like they were the devil reincarnate. The memory of that dappled stallion that had nearly crushed her into death's embrace rang strongly through her mind.

But she wasn't shaking, she wasn't! Okay maybe she was just a bit. But it was only noticeable in her hands which she clenched together in one of her trademark nervous habits. The other was pulling on her ears, but her hands were occupied so that was out of the question. She padded forwards slowly, gearing up whatever dregs of courage remained in her heart and stepped out into the open, there had already been one before her that had answered the call, she recognised the girl from the meeting with the rest of AniWaya several days ago, although she hadn't spoke to her or anyone else really, such was her nature.

She came a bit closer and hovered indecisively, unsure of whether to stay or just leave.
