Neela lost her temper with Kiara(well with everything really) in Pay the Piper. Depending on how that thread plays out she is either over exaggerating it in her head or not. Neela ish Lupus.

Neela slunk guiltily through the forest, nose plastered to the ground to keep following the scent trail she was tracking over the strong scent of the bloody meat held in her mouth. It had been enarly a month since the encounter with Kiara and that blonde bitch and in that time Neela hadn’t seen Kiara once; not surprising considering that Neela had spent much of her time outside the pack or holed up inside her house.

Neela had lost her temper with a packmate. Sure nothing physical had come from it but even so Neela felt ashamed of her loss of control. The chicks and Grynn were not with her on this trip as Neela remembered Kiara's distaste for birds and had asked them to stay behind.

Neela's feelings were plain to see for anybody who happened to glance by, even not in the precense of Kiara yet her tail was drooped low and ears flat against her head. Neela wasn;t sure how badly the white wolf had took her words but hopefully the leg of deer clutched in her mouth would go some way towards making up for it.

Despite the bloody smell almost overwhelming her sense of smell, which wasn't the sharpest at the best of times, Neela eventually managed to find her way to where Kiara seemed to den. As she approached the opening Neela felt herself stop for a moment, almost unable to continue, consumed by a sudden fear that she might lose her temper again for some reason and attack Kiara.

It was an irrational fear, Neela knew that. She was far past the point of randomly losing her temper for no reason and the only reason she had done so before was because of the blonde dog's infuriating presence. There was absolutely no reason that she might lose control of herself now, but even so Neela found herself approaching the den very slowly, forcing herself to take each step.

Neela stopped a polite distance away and placed the deer on the ground, backing off a few paces. The blood smeared around her nose made it impossible for her to tell if Kiara was inside the den or not, but either way she would wait here till she showed herself.

Recently it seemed like some god on high was angry with Kiara. Shiloh had died and Sarian had gone missing. Amy had reappeared in her life just so that she could request help from Ichika, form Kiara. Neela had gotten angry with Kiara for siding with Amy and Noah had effectively destroyed their friendship. Kiara was pregnant but the father of her puppies was gone. The white wolf sat in the dark confines of her den. Sapphire eyes stared at nothing while her mind worked through the events of the past three weeks. Almost everything had fallen apart it seemed and it left the white women with a crushing sadness. Life in the arctic wasn't nearly as harsh as life in the luperci world and Kiara wondered what it was that she had been seeking all those months ago when she first traveled to Nova Scotia.

Slow, almost inaudible steps approached the entrance to Kiara's den. White ears pricked and her nose worked to identify the visiter. The only thing Kiara could smell was fresh blood and deer. However, it was enough to get her attention. Kiara scrambled to her feet and moved as quickly as she could through the underground passage until she was blinded by daylight. Kiara paused and squinted as her eyes adjusted to the bright lights. The wolf's twitching black nose told her that not only was there fresh meat, but Neela was also there. Kiara's fluffy tail wagged back and forth as a toothy grin spread across her face. Neela wasn't mad at her anymore.

"Neela! I'm so glad to see you!" Once her eyes had adjusted Kiara trotted up to the collie-hybrid and showered her muzzle with licks. When her greeting was done Kaira sat down next to Neela and eyed the leg. "What's with the leg?" The delicious smell of fresh meat made the hungry mother drool. Hunting was getting difficult for her and she had to eat enough for four. No matter how much Kiara ate, it never seemed to be enough. The enticing food before her only added to the she-wolf's hunger.
