I don't know if I need to ask for this, but I want to give one of my characters a temporary canine NPC. Is that okay?

If the character in question doesn't already have a canine NPC, then you're free to go right ahead and bring in the NPC (though, make sure you contact your leader/s about adding the canine to the ranks if the NPC is to temporarily become a part of your character's pack etc.). If your character already have a canine NPC, then you'll have to PM the 'SA with request for special permission.
There's also some information about NPC's in our FAQ that might be useful to read through if you feel a bit uncertain about the general workings of NPCs! C: Hope this is helpful!

yup, that really helps. My character doesn't have one, but I figured it would be good to ask cus I was a little confused on the policy. Thanks ^_^
