OOC here!

The pain filled howls that had rendered the air when Dalgina had been informed they would be leaving ignali had long since faded, giving way to small whimpers. Dalgina had fled from the house, looking for a place in Ichika where she could just bury herself, forcing them to look for her. They wouldn't leave without her, so maybe if Dalgina kept hidden long enough they would change their mind, and she would be able to stay, instead of leaving for the scary world beyond the borders.

Dalgina laid flat in a clump of grass behind a bush. It was impossible to spot the black puppy, though the small whines that occasionally broke through the air helped with locating her. Why did they have to leave? She was going to play with Kiara and the new puppies, and she had Neela there, and the temple that she could play in with all the beautiful carvings, and Whisper would be left behind. No, she would rather just stay, and not deal with leaving the safety where the blood creatures roamed.

Fatin had been rather sad when she had learned that Dalgina and her family would be leaving for another pack. She wasn’t sure where they were going or why, though she had a feeling that it was because of what had happened at the meeting. The meeting where the mother had shown up bloody and had almost been put on probation.

Yet no matter the reason, she felt the worse for their daughter, Dalgina. The young girl had made her way into a special place in her heart. It made her really want her own pups with Asad, which was more likely now that they were essentially mates. X’yrin was planning on putting together a ceremony/party for the couple and they had to figure out what they wanted to do for it.

But her main purpose for today was to see how the young girl was handling the fact that she was moving with her family. Fatin had a feeling that she wasn’t taking it very well. So it was hardly surprising when the girl wasn’t at her home. She gave a sniff and was soon following the pup’s scent to a bush. At first she could see the girl but she soon heard her. ”Dalgina? Are you alright?” Her tone was concerned and gentle.

i need to change her signature now...

A familiar voice came out, bringing Dalgina's attention. She silenced herself, not wanting to be found so quickly. She was supposed to stay hidden so they couldn't leave. It wouldn't work if she was found so quickly. The voice wasn't from her talnala though, but from someone that she knew. Thinking to herself Dalgina realized it was Fatin, the nice dog that had kept the blood creatures from hurting her when Dalgina had first learned about them in her nightmares.

Shaking her head Dalgina spoke. No. Realizing that it would give her hiding spot away Dalgina squished herself down even lower, hoping that she hadn't been spotted. Fatin would probably tell her to go back to the house, to leave the pack. Dalgina didn't want to. Did no one understand this? Even her tingla didn't seem to understand what Dalgina felt, leaving the pup to feel very alone in this, standing alone against the change.

It would appear that Dalgina didn’t want to be found be someone and be sent away. Fatin wished that there was something that she could do. Or at the very least something that she could say to convince the young girl to talk. She would have to eventually go home to her parents but Fatin wouldn’t be in any hurry to bring her back.

Dalgina gave a shout of the negative but Fatin wasn’t sure if the pup was saying that she wasn’t all right or that she didn’t want to be found. But whatever the reason, it gave the youngster’s position away and the red furred Saluki headed towards the sound of Dalgina’s voice, wondering what she would say to the stubborn and likely scared pup.

She crouched down next to the young girl and asked, ”Dalgina, dear, do you want to talk about what’s going on? I won’t tell your parents anything unless you want me to?” She then opened her arms to see if Dalgina wanted to get a hug from her. It was likely that the pup needed one and Fatin was willing to give one to her. Plus, this would be good practice for if she and Asad ever had their own pups.

OOC here!

Fatin moved over, Dalgina watching the red furred dog warily. When she finally crouched down next to Dalgina, clearly looking at the pup, she started crying. She had been found. Her last hope of being able to stay in Ichika had been dashed. It was hard to hear what was being said, whines of sorrow filling the air. Her tail was tucked low, the normally alert ears lowered against her skull. Pressed down Dalgina just wanted everything to go back to how it used to be.

Told that Papa and Mahn wouldn't be informed Dalgina crawled over to Fatin, burying her head deep into the fur, seeking comfort as her body shook slightly. It was a slow shiver, running through her without stop. They-they l-l-leave! It was hard to make out the words, puncuated as it was by whimpers and soft cries. Don't want to! Stay here with you! The stubborn pup refused to think about what would happen if she did that, imagining her talnala would stay too.
