When someone first arrives in Souls, what territory would they be in? I'm thinking they would come through New Brunswick so the first pack they would come to would be New Dawn, but I just wanted to make sure.

They would arrive in the Northern Tides region, likely the Miramachi Wilderness, the Isthmus of Chignecto, or the Saint Croix Highlands. New Dawn would be the first pack the character would encounter, but not necessarily the first territory, since there are a few other territories the character would have to cross first. (Note: at 'Souls, we divide the In Character lands into a general region, such as Northern Tides, divide them into territories, such as the Miramachi Wilderness, and then have additional subterritories within the territories. Packs can lay claim to different territories and subterritories.)
