There had been a constant fire, a persistant light about the dark male lately. For too long, he had walked the world alone, caring only about himself. It was easier that way, given his selfish nature. But since Axelle had forced her way into his life, or he had forced himself into hers, his thoughts hadn't constantly revolved around himself. Instead, she played upon his mind a great deal. The first night they had spent together, the pair had simply wrapped themselves up in her den, and fallen asleep. Malakai was a typical male, and would make the most of any opportunity to take a female, but with her, he had simply enbraced her tightly, his powerful arms keeping her body as close to his as possible, sharing her warmth before they had both drifted into peaceful slumber. No attempt had even been made on Axelle, not because he didn't desire her, but because he had wanted to wait. He had wanted to seduce her, properly.
He had many plans forming in his head of how to do so, of how to make this female, who at times, could be as stubborn and bad-tempered as he could, and as he trotted in his Lupus form through the hallway towards the common room, one particular plot gave itself some substance as he formulated and schemed. If things went well with Axelle, and what he had in his head worked, the female would be his, entirely.
Glancing around, Kai knew he needed a few things for his plan to work and thought about making a few more potential allies in the pack. It wouldn't hurt in the future to have ones he could call on if ever he needed to get a hold of some things. As he moved through the halls, he thought he heard noise coming from Ayasha's den, and Malakai slowed outside. He hadn't seen her pups yet, not properly, and was eager to meet them now that they had entered the world. Kai had this new found obsession for pups, and had alread started learning a bit more about how they developed after conception, about how they were born and how they grew.
