He studied his son for a few moments more as he wondered what Honrin thought that was so bad about himself that he may be ejected from the pack. His previous line of thought about what he thought about himself in his younger days continued and included his children. He had thought that his children were more well adjusted than himself, they all seemed to be integrating with the others. He seemed to not be able to fit into the pack as well as the rest of his family. Temo's thoughts soon changed from trying to figure out what Honrin thought was wrong with himself to trying to analyze why he himself seemed so unable to integrate and get along well with the rest of the pack.

Temo did not press the issue, if Honrin wanted to talk about it he would and Temo was not about to force it out of him.It was Honrin's voice as he spoke that brought his mind back to focus on the present and the son that was before him. At the mention of the book, his eyes wandered down and looked at it as his thoughts returned to the reason why they had trekked all this way to the library. Maybe, it shows promise, he said as he thumbed through some pages until he came to some pages with drawings of hives on them. He handed the book to Honrin to take a look at.

Sorry for taking so long

His fur itched as Temo continued to stare at him before finally turning his gaze down to the book. There was an awkwardness between them now at least on his end. He should have kept his mouth shut and not said anything. He took the book from Temo and looked down at the pictures and the few, very small words he could understand. Reading the human's English was a lot different from speaking any of the languages he knew. Some of the designs were very complicated and obviously well beyond either of their skill levels, maybe beyond the skill of luperci entirely.

But there were some that looked as though they could be accomplished. Maybe they would have to test and see which would be easier. He flicked over the page and pursued the ones drawn there. His attention was drawn to a smaller type with a slanted roof that, from what he could distinguish, was removable exposing the combs of honey beneath. He shifted closer so he could show Temo,

"This one looks easy enough."

After Honrin had taken the book from him to look through, Temo picked up another that he had found earlier and began thumbing through it. He had not gotten far into the book when his son came closer and showed him one of the hives that was shown. He studied the drawing for a few moments, That does seem fairly simple to build, he agreed with Honrin's assessment. Just a basic box with removable lid. His mind was already visualizing the components and how they fitted together as Temo thought about the construction of the pieces.

Having gone back to the book that he currently had in his hand, Temo looked at the picture that it had of a similar hive along with some drawings. I think we have enough here to go by for building a workable hive, a glance at the books he had piled at his feet, And even some information that you might find useful for working your bees. He showed Honrin a couple more books on the subject of beekeeping.

A look around the library at the shelves still full of books and wondered about what else was there, but they were not there to search the whole building. Since this was Honrin's expedition, Do you want to continue looking or shall we head for home? he asked his son. Plus, as a bonus, he had found a few books on wood carving and wood working.
