Current Objective: Hunting---
Form: Lupus.----
Mood: Concentrated--

Hunting, whilst Xies was no hunter it was not something that he was completely inept at. The task was unlike his previous something that he could easily attribute to mental prowess. A hunter much like a diplomat had to know his target and predict its movements. Yet it was this activity that stirred up something of an annoyance within the Grey wolf. Why? Well it was this precise task that had led to the issues emerging in the first place. Well, that wasn't completely true, problems had been rising before that. But the Peck hunt had been the candle that had set off the metaphorical gunpowder. For this reason, he wasn't doing particularly well today. He was hunting rabbits as he normally did, the creatures were small, bony, not precisely what you would consider to be worthy prey. But he respected the rabbit in its cowardice. The creature was fast, hard to see in this brush and weather. And of course there was the fact that it could flee into any crevice or hole in the ground.

When hunting a rabbit, one had to be smart, you had to be cunning, quick. And today, his mind just wasn't where it normally was. The remaining agitation added to previous failures in his attempts to catching his prey built up, blinding him to what he needed to do.

Once again, his voice was silent, likely he thought that it was watching him from within his own mind. Seeing his actions and laughing at him from its own little perch in there. He knew, this voice was simply part of his training, the development of a third party within his own mind to judge where he could not. It was merely the representation of his logic. And yet without that logic he felt almost lost. He didn't know what to do, and it angered him, angered him so all that was left was...instinct. For that moment upon realization of this terrifying fact, X'ies stopped. Forgetting the task at hand and simply gathering his mind like so many small stones. The problem here was that he was not sure where he stood from the last hunt, Jaden did not wish to listen to him, he did not see his worth, that alone held back his development within the pack. His rise to power was dammed by the males ignorance. He saw in that, his own fault. But...

Would this trip have any effect on the feelings that had already been dashed. Would it put a halt to anything that had already been set into motion, X'ies highly doubted it. The blacked furred male disliked him, and unless there was something drastic. That was not going to change. So invent something drastic. There it was, the voice, the one that he was so lost without. The one that hampered all morality, carving things into simple pieces from which could be seen. He stood once more and began his task, this time his mind ticking away like a clock. What would it be that would gain the trust of the black furred male? Fixing his relationship with X'yrin? unlikely, knowing the curious one that will happen in its own time....there must be something done whilst you are on the trip with him....perhaps....his enemies?. Of course, one had to assume that there were enemies out there, X'yrin had an enemy in the yellow dog, so who was not to say that there was a yellow dog for Jaden as well? All we need do is find it. A rabbit spotted in the corner of his eye, with a quick dash to the left he moved after the brown streak.... And then...

Crunch,twist...blood filled his mouth.

....Perfection
