wanted to write for Kuba? even though I ma not pick him up ;-; after all i'd rather someone else did. anyway this is how i'd guess he'd be feeling nearing the end of his stay in aniwaya (or what he assumes will be, after all the adopter can put him anywhere Tongue )

He was older now, but not so much. He'd yet to grown into the thin body he'd inherited by way of his coyote heritage. He was of average height, but the appearance of added inches was given by his lack of muscle. Of course, he still had plenty of time to work on that, perhaps when he went to Inferni. He couldn't say he was looking forward to it, from what he had heard, it was more militaristic, harsher, thatn AniWaya. The tribal way of life was all Kuba had known from birth. Horses, Cherokee, crops. Nagging thoughts filled his head as he attempted to, hunt. He'd been following the boar for a while now, creeping along in his optime form behind it. Now the creature had stopped to drink from the creek and the boy found no better option. Pulling back his bow, he let the arrow fly. With sure precision, the arrow struck the boar in the side and the animal fell to the floor.

A hum of triumph filled his veins as he paced forward, hooking his bow over his arm. Despite a lack of visible muscles, months of hard work had given him strength enough to raise the boar from the ground and carry it to his horse. Louis, a gift from his mother, was a patient and hard working animal and Kuba's knowledge of horses served him well in his dealings with the equine. Fixing the boar to his steed, he moved away down the path that would lead him back to the stables.
