She could feel it, her season was ending and she was slowly becoming her normal self. Granted her heat was cut rather short..perhaps it lasted only five days maybe six. Not nearly as long as it usually did. Perhaps she was pregnant? Adonia wasn't sure yet, she felt no ill affects like she thought one was suppose to feel. She wasn't gaining weight, or feeling sick. Maybe it took awhile, or maybe she wasn't pregnant. The wolfhusky wasn't sure, all she knew was her heat scent was still around, it just wasn't all that bold anymore. It was more tolerable, but the feelings of wanting attention still haunted her mind every waking second..no even in her sleep. Her dreams didn't involve the one male she desired last time she was in heat, this time it revolved around Zalen. Why? Perhaps because his scent was captured in her coat. The male was never too far from her, but still, she didn't want to seem needy, or clingy. Hey, he was clinging to her!? Why couldn't she cling back? Adonia licked her muzzle, both in a needy and nervous manner.
She stopped her pacing and glanced up to the moon and stars above. She looked up there as if she could read what was on their minds, or even read for answers. She sat back on her haunches. She needed to clear her mind before she went and sought him out. Adonia wanted Zalen's attention..maybe she even loved the attention. Did she like Zalen more than just an alpha? Or more than just some male that might have impregnated her?
Her body slowly shifted into her Optime form holding her legs to her chest, her head resting upon her knees. She knew the male couldn't be more than a half mile from her, so she wasn't completely alone out here. If she knew others lurked close by she wouldn't have changed into her Optime form. Adonia was always self-conscious.
A light sigh escaped her, and the wolfdog thought about things, pondered them trying to force her mind to think on other things than sex.
