He'd moved into the tribe with her. It had been surprisingly easy, leaving Casa. His bonds with Aniwaya had been strong, forged with the time spent there. His role was now reversed, representing Aniwaya to Casa instead of the other way around. His life wasn't anywhere peaceful unfortunately. While Hadley fit in well to the tribe's nature there was always something going on grabbing his mate's attention. She was so outgoing, Hadley doing his best to keep up with her.
It had altered him. The timid male was completely gone, a strong confident one left in his place. Grinning Hadley traveled through, tail swaying. Sighnet! He had something for her, something that he was pretty sure she'd enjoyed. He'd taken his time carving it, a bright tiger lily. He'd even managed to get someone to paint it for him, the vibrant colors flashing off. Her scent lead past the pack, heading out further. Another game? Growling he dropped the pendant, wondering what he would find at the end this time.
OOC: noooo! completely butchered
Her scent wandered all over the place. The scarred male guessed that very little hunting had actually been accomplished on her trip. Chuckling good naturedly he continued on. At least the sun wasn't setting, even if it was a bother not knowing where she was. At least he was fairly certain that she hadn't gotten into any danger while she was out and about. Coming near a stream he frowned, wondering what she'd been doing. The crashing noises ahead alerted him to the fact that he was pretty close to her presence.
Looking up he did his best not to grin as a wide eyed Sighet came bursting through the bushes, looking slightly frantic. There you are! His stance quickly changed to that of a hunter, long legs carrying him forwards as he reached out with his arms to scoop her up. He wasn't going to let her get away as easily as that! Growling he moved into her path, brown eyes gleaming. He wasn't mad yet, but there was no need to let her in on that little secret. It would be good if she decided to behave from this.
She'd been so preoccupied with worry over the situation that her senses had failed her. Not noticing what was happening she kept sprinting past him until a loud growl was heard. Their bodies collided, more like she hit his brick wall of muscle, and she stumbled back with a squeal. Too late for it to have done any good, Sigh took a defensive stance and peaked at her mate. "Hadley!" she said, half way scorning him.
"What are you doing!" she inquired, though it almost sounded a bit harsh. Hadley seemed to be annoyed and she took a moment to glance up and down his appearance. Raising her pierced brow, she tilted her head and dropped the tiny bit of anger that had swelled inside her. "Hadley?" she said in a much sweeter tone of voice like she were as innocent as an angel. Surely he wasn't mad at her.
He snatched at Sighet as she entered his grasp, only to have her bounce right back off from colliding too fast. Hadley had been ready to catch the impact, but the look of surprise on her face was completely worthwhile. He tucked his smile away before she could see it, watching her prepare to defend against what had already happened. Poor Sighet, she wasn't really going to be able to defend against anything. As wild as she was he felt that she needed his protection more than anyone else. Sighet. His voice was more stern, though it lacked the scolding her own voice contained.
He waited patiently as she looked him over, putting together the puzzle pieces. She was late, he was here, and he was angry. Or at least looked like he was angry. Sighet's emotions flowed out quickly, replaced by an angelic voice that did it's best to sooth him. Another smile twitched, but he kept it down as he stepped forwards. You weren't home when you promised to be. Frowning he looked over her frame, his dark scarred features managing to look almost thunderous.
