It was after the storm now, and Ookami decided that he would stay in the Northern Tides area for a little while. It had been drizzling here on and off, and he liked the rain on his skin right now. But the disappearing of his "need" to cut into hot flesh wouldn't last long. He felt it soon again and this time, he would try to fight it. He eyes shut tightly as he tried to breathe deep, convince himself he didn't need it.
He thought it was starting to work, but then he felt the prick of his claw in his arm. He sucked in a deep breath as his eyes shot open and stared at his finger, cutting into his skin. He had done it without realizing it. He was about to start protesting with his mind again, when the pleasure of cutting himself took over his mind. He let out a little moan as his sharp claw dragged across the inside of his forearm. He couldn't stop it now, he would keep on cutting into his skin. Over and over and over. This had been the most he had ever done at one time.
He cut up both arms, re-opening scabbed cuts and making new cuts. When he finally was able to stop himself, there was so much blood. There had to be twenty cuts on each arm, if not more. The blood flowed from his self-inflicted wounds. And then he did something that scared himself. He smiled, and then he kept cutting away. He was going crazy... and there was nothing he could do to stop himself.
