She was still looking for the city. Siobhan wasn't very good with directions, and even though she had been told that it was to the Southeast of where she'd last been, it was impossible for her to keep walking in a straight line there. She was determined to find it...but things kept getting her way. Rivers, hills, lakes. So she'd go around them. But by the time she would get to an area that she could cross, she would end up really far away from the place that she'd been at before.

And it was freezing outside. The tiny coyote rubbed her hands together as she walked, trying to warm them up again. Her parka wasn't working out for her, it wasn't keeping her warm enough, so she was travelling to the city to find something that might work out better. She had been told that there were "clothes" in the city, whatever those were. She had only ever known the heavy winter coat that Ezekiel had given to her.

She hugged the coat closer to herself as she walked, coming closer and closer to the rocky beach. It seemed that almost everywhere she went there was some sort of a beach...but each beach looked different. Bane had told her about the beaches...that wherever there was a big body of water, there would be a beach. What part of the ocean was she looking at now, though? The water looked the same as the water over by Inferni, to her. In any case, though, this wasn't the city. As she got closer she could see the tip of something sticking up in the distance, a big tall structure right next to the water. Interested, the white coyote began to walk a little faster.

Evening. Catherine was lyed down in a giant plane rock in the middle of the sea - maybe a "mini island" -, moving her paws slowly to create small waves in the water. Neither her bow, nor her knives nor her instincts could give her some dinner. "Again" - she thought, impaciently. She has been starving roughly three days and she almost could see all her skeleton. All those hunting where a waist of energy, and now she was too worn out to try catching anything. She needed to sleep, but she didn't want to. Seaguls started to land in that rock, near her head, the sound of their wings flapping lightly... Her eyelids got heavier.
Something landed on her nose, awaiking and scaring the heck all out her. On her feet beacuse of the fright, she gasped and begun growling to the seaguls, baring her white teeth. Some of them flew away, but others just ignored her. Trying to take that annoying disturb out of her head, she saw something she hadn't noticed before: a tall and big structure rising from the beach. It looked in ruins, maybe one of those odd thing humans did a long time ago, after their extinction. A little voice inside her head said to go and take a closer look, but another voice said to stay and take a rest... Both wishes were very tempting, but another thing got her attention: a white shape walking in two legs quickly, going to that human ruins. She couldn't see anymore details because of the sea mist, but she knew everything she needed to know: another Luperci. Of course this was so much tempting: meeting someone, after so meany time of solitude, was an opportunity she wouldn't waist.
She trowed herself to the warm water, and took a deep breath for a diving. Getting closer to the beach with each step - each awkward step -, she saw that the mysterious shape had some kind of a coat. She was getting more and more excited. Her sharp and loud howl filled the beach, breaking the silent. She stopped, her legs trembling of anxiety, while she waited for an answer of her call...

(I figure I should stick Trice into more group threads... and oh look, a little coyote! >Smile Don't worry, 'Trice has a strict policy not to harm pups, even if they are hated coyotes :p)

It was always colder near water, or so the large she wolf had found. At least her Secui form had seemingly better insulation than either her quadrupedal or bipedal forms. It was quite cold and very windy as swhe stalked along the shore, placing one finely boned paw in front of the other, white toes a sharp contrast to her black paws and legs. Her eyes, silver in some lights, icey blue in others, saw the white creature far after her nose had scented the mingled scents of Coyote and Inferni, which were both very distasteful to the big female. Cicatrice couldn't decide which she disliked more. Still, the small thing was a pup, which meant it was strictly off limits. She drew the line at children, no matter what they were, even coyotes. Only when they became capable of true fight or flight would her lenience cease. The last Inferni she'd encountered had been their Alpha, whom she'd matched in a fairly even fight. He'd been a hybrid though, which had given him added size and strength over his coyote bretheren,

A singing howl rippled smoothly through the air, though tentative at the same time. Eyes flashing, she looked down the beach to another wolf who'd appeared. The scent that flew on the wind this time said, female, slightly younger than she, wolf, and unaffiliated with any known pack. Huffing out s breath, she observed for a moment, then shifted her gaze back to the coy pup. This was the first time she'd stumbled across more than one traveler. At least they weren't both coyotes. Lifting her own muzzle, the scarred she wolf let loose a short howl, soprano in its tones, in response to the other Loner. At completion, she returned her gaze to the pup, and idly began winding her way in her direction.

Evening. Catherine was still heading to the white, unkown shape, with trembling legs. The wind blow in her direction, and she now could find more about that creature... female, young and a coyote. "Oh" - she breathed. Well, it wasn't a wolf, but at least it was a werewolf. The wind now came slower than before, and it brought another smell... female too, and it had sort of the same smell that the white coyote... It got her at surprise: she was so lucky because she never crossed with an stranger before, neither two stranger. The strange loner was a mix of black, silver and white, with big scars in her face. She didn't care; she had a little one in the ankles, in a shape of a bite, because of her battle with her murderer father. That memory caused a freezing chill beneath her skin, making her shiver lightly. A short, soprano howl filled the air, but it wasn't from the white coy. It was from the scarred wolf behind her. It started walking to the white coy. "A meeting of three stranger" - she thought.
Her stomach nearly roared, distracting her. Her hungry was giving her stomachaches, but she ignored. She needed to know whose were those two creature. She begun running to the scarred shewolf, just hoping she would not take it as a challenge...

Before coming to these lands with Ezekiel, Siobhan had never seen a wolf before. Ezekiel didn't really look like one...he was just Ezekiel. That was how she knew him. But now that she was here, she was meeting more and more. Some were friendy, like Bane, but there were some out there that she wished she had never met. She didn't understand why wolves and coyotes didn't get along here. Why didn't one of the groups just leave? Siobhan sighed, looking along her line of sight to the lighthouse. These lands weren't claimed, so she couldn't get yelled at for venturing here.

She saw the others in a moment, and stopped to watch them. She wasn't so sure about going up to either of them. She was still deciding what to do when one of them started toward the other one, running at her. Siobhan didn't come forward, standing there, just watching. Maybe they would take each other out and she would be able to go to the lighthouse.
