Some day I will walk away and say

Can we backdate this a few weeks so that it is closer to the incident? Oh, and sorry for crappiness. Private James and/or Erin 500+

This would be his first trip to the actual territory. He had stalked around in the area, but never bothered to go to the rank borders to the actual pack. He talked with wolves and got his information that way. Not that much information was of value, but he liked to at least have an idea of how the different groups of wolves were. After a few tours here and there, this was the first pack where he would ask for a male called Leroy. The damage had already been done and he intended to let his pack know that he did not tolerate adult males fucking the under aged in Dahlia. Svara had her own part of guilt in this matter, but she was only a child and the male should have known better, especially since Haku had ordered him out of Dahlia earlier that same day. Truth be told his temper was still hot from that day, and the annoying husky had given him even more scars and ripped the worst injury open yet again. Haku could easily give the impression of a rebel mad man in his current state with scars and fresh wounds all over, but he would trust that his reputation and name already was known, at least by the Crimson Dreams leaders. It was mid day and the snow was slowly melting away with the help of a light rain that soothed the ache in the male’s tired body. His mind was intact, but his vessel was far from healthy nowadays. He would have to remind himself to take it easy these next weeks.

When the male reached the northern borders of Crimson Dreams, he lifted his cream painted muscle to release a howl into the cool air. The howl asked for a leader, none else. He would give it a while, but he hoped he would not be bothered by some lower ranked members. He just wanted the business to be over with and then go back to Dahlia de Mai. He sat down quietly when the message had been sent. He believed they would prefer him to be submissive, but his mood was rather poor, so he knew he could not be bothered with much. This might be their land, but he saw himself at least as important as them, and the news he carried were not joyful for any of the two packs. He did not wish to create bad blood between the two packs, but what had happened was unacceptable, and he intended to make that clear no matter what their opinions might be. He knew that Naniko had children of her own, so he assumed he would be met with some understanding at least from her side, but Haku rarely took anything for granted. Getting ones hope high was a silly thing and only ended in disappointment. He had enough disappointment in his life anyway. The Lilium’s shortened tail wrapped around his front paws while he waited, and he allowed a great yawn to enter his face for a short moment. Lack of sleep had never really gotten to him, but he was not a youth anymore, so it seemed to get to him more than it had in the past.

Yeah, sounds good. I should probably go adjust Leroy's rank then XD 300+

The pregnant female laid in the snow, licking her lips after finishing the last bits of a hare she had caught. Thankfully the nausea had not gotten the best of her stomach today. She was starving and she knew that it was important that she eat plenty of food. After all she was eating for more than just herself. Which always made her wonder how many there were there, growing inside of her womb. Would there be a lot like Nani had given birth to? Or would it only be one or two? Though curious, it didn't matter to her. No matter how many children she had she would love them all the same.

A strange call rose in the air, someone calling for a leader. Though immediately she knew that this was not a perspective member. There was a different tone to this call that made her somewhat uneasy. Slowly rising to her feet she stretched her legs before moving towards the wolf that had asked for her presence. She had a feeling this would be a serious matter. Her rounded stomach swayed as her legs carried her to the borders of the pack.

The sight of the male made her hair stand on end. The scent of blood in the air made her senses more acute and it was clear where it was coming from. The man's chocolate form was riddled with fresh wounds. Thankfully his posture wasn't hostile though. Otherwise she would have wanted to turn around. The last thing she would do was to risk putting her unborn pups in danger. Neither a frown nor a smile was on her lips as she came to stand in front of him. The scent of Dahlia could be found underneath the blood. "Hello. Savina Marino, Lt. General here. What can I help you with?" Perhaps he had come to Naniko for healing? Somehow she knew that was too optimistic a hope.

Sorry for wait and quality of this post, I'm sick Sad, 500+

He did not have to wait for long before someone decided to make an appearance. The secui slowly got up on his feet as the female (A rather fat one, actually) slowly approached. He silently gritted his teeth, aware of his appearance. If he had cared more he would have made sure to take a dip in a pond to make himself look more presentable, but he was Haku, and so such things were of no importance in his book. He had a problem with a wolf that possibly was a member here, and that was all that mattered, nothing else. He noticed her fur was slightly puffed, but she did not turn away or call out for backup, so things were going according to the plan. He could easily have bowed slightly down to show her the proper respect she deserved, but he did not. It seemed the different packs had different levels of expected submission, and he was in no mood to choose the safe path just for a good first impression. His current appearance had ruined already anyway, he was certain. Her face was rather blank when she introduced herself as Savina Marino, Lt’ General of Crimson Dreams. Haku did not know the existing ranks fully by heart, but he knew that rank was one of the sub-leader ones, so the two wolves were of a similar rank in each pack. This fact meant little on Crimson Dreams grounds. He bowed his head slightly and offered a little smile that was never meant to reach his stunningly blue eyes. Haku was almost certain to be disliked, but that was not really a problem (Haku’s view on things was a bit weird).

”Greetings, Savina. I am Haku Soul, Second in Command of Dahlia de Mai.” His pack was the one that seemed to have survived longest (with the exception of the Inferni clan), and so he took it for granted that she knew where he came from. His gaze kept hers, though the eye contact was in no way meant as a challenge. It was of the curious kind; he was taking her in and storing her scent and features for later recognition. ”I’m sorry if I startled you with my appearance, these last days have been rather eventful compared to normal standards.” An empty smile flashed again, and that was enough chitchatting. ” Do you have a husky named Leroy living here by any chance, Savina?” His voice was dry with weary edges. He was tired of looking for this bastard, but he had promised himself he would make the husky’s life a bit more miserable if possible. If Leroy was a loner, it would not be a problem to eventually hunt him down, but the chocolate man doubted it. If he belonged to a pack, all he could do was to go tell the leaders (He was no better than a child). He lowered his frame slightly. His body felt heavy and worn out, the stench of metal had eventually started to give him an uncomfortable headache (for various reasons).

No worries! And I hope you feel better soon! D: 300+

As the large male bowed his head she nodded in recognition. Right now she was too preoccupied with all the signals running through the air and the whirring of her mind to be too concerned with shows of respect. Even if he hadn't shown any sign she probably wouldn't have mentioned it at this point in time. He was in his most powerful form and she would not risk provoking any kind of attack from him. The lives of her unborn children were more precious than anything else. When he introduced himself it appeared that they were of the same rank, just in different packs anyway. If Cercelee trusted the man to be her right hand than she assumed that she would be safe in his presence and her posture and fur relaxed some.

"A pleasure to meet you Haku." Her tone, while far from being suspicious or hostile, was far from its usual warmth. Despite the pleasantries she knew that there was some serious thing at the heart of the matter. Something that she had a feeling must involved one of her members. "It is no matter. You'll have to forgive me if I appeared hesitant. The well being of my pups is my main concern at the moment. If you require any healing I can show you to our Commander." It was only right to offer, even though she doubted that he would accept.

As her fears were somewhat confirmed her fur bristled again slightly. Though it was only in response to the mentioned male, not to Haku. "Yes, he was accepted here just the other day. What has happened?" Her tone was serious. Relations with the other packs was a matter she took very seriously. If the new member had done something to jeopardize their good terms with Dahlia he would be in for some severe punishment.

The man resisted the urge to serve her a wide grin in response to her words. He could not imagine it was a pleasure to meet the infamous Haku Soul, especially not when he was decorated with blood and wounds and used the de le Blood perfume. His thoughts should not be circling around such things anyway, and he forced his attention at the female and her only, restricting his silly thoughts so that they could not sway and provide him with bullshit comments that served nothing. He gave a nod at her words, and realized it was second time he judged a pregnant female for being fat. Maybe he was too dismissive when it came to taking in appearances. The very same thing had happened to Mew, and it had been even more obvious that it had been pregnancy. There was one important difference, though. Savina's children were alive inside of her, while Mew had been hollow with only the echo of small footsteps. That sight had been what had started the Dahlian war and made the land recognize him as a true monster. It was sort of sad to think of, but he could not change anything.

"Do not apologize, you have every right to be hesitant when a stranger with the scent of blood appears." He shook his head gently when the sub-leader offered him their healer. It was a kind thing to do, but Deuce was a skilled healer as well. Truth be told, he looked worse than he felt, at least when it came to the physical wounds. His mentality was a completely different matter, but this was not the topic. Satisfaction flushed over him when she answered positivily to his question about the husky. It was a shame it was this Savina that had to take these news. Truth be told, he did not know how she would react, but it was bad in his book, and seeing she was about to be a mother, he was willing to assume she would take the news badly as well.

"I've had trouble with Leroy in Dahlia more than once, lately. I caught him hunting game inside Dahlia de Mai borders, and when confronted he refused to step down, and hence I had to use violence in order to cool down the situation and teach him submission. However, that is not the main point why I am here. I escorted him out of Dahlia and made sure he knew the rules and punishment of trespassing." He snorted, coming to the main point. "Later this same day I found him inside my own cabin, where my two newborn sons and mate lives, having sex with one of Dahlia's puppies. Mind, Savina, this cabin is deep inside Dahlia territory. This, is a hideous crime. All I am guilty of is that I failed at killing him when I discovered them, but he got away." Talking about the scene and what had happened caused dangerous anger to flush through the leader. He was so fucking sorry he had not managed to rip the husky's throat out.

Haku's eyes stayed on the female, waiting for the first response before more butter was to be spread on the soft slice of bread.

If she had known about this man's past acts or knew any of the tales that surrounded his being then she probably wouldn't have been so amiable. However, she had been spared any such rumors or knowledge. So when she said it was a pleasure she meant it (though his appearance was a little off putting at the moment). It was also lucky that she didn't know his past because it meant that she could trust his word as a fellow sub-leader. If his dark deeds were known to her it would be more difficult to take what he said at face value. It wasn't that the woman thought that being a rapist and murderer necessarily made you a liar, but it wasn't too far of a stretch.

Her sleek head nodded at both his words and the shake of his head. She was glad that he understood her hesitance. Savina was a big believer in showing respect where respect was due and therefore would have felt guilty if he had felt disrespected. Thankfully that hadn't been the case and they could move on to the matter at hand. Though the longer time stretched on and their meeting continued, her sense of dread grew and grew. The first offense he spoke of was not good. Any canine, even a loner, knows better than to hunt inside the lands of another pack. But for a packmember to do that in the lands of another pack was a serious disrespect. Then to not even have the humility to back down from the matter. What kind of male had she allowed into her home?

But that was nothing to what came next. As Haku explained the more serious situation her eyes flashed with green flame and ebony hackles rose. Usually she was good at keeping such reactions under control, especially when the offender was no where in sight. This was unforgivable though, and she could not keep her anger from showing itself. The Lt. General did the best to suppress the deep growl in her chest, but it was difficult. Fiery eyes found those of the Dahlian sub-leader. "You are right. This is indeed a hideous crime. I apologize for the actions of this male, though I know that is paltry comfort." It was taking all her strength to keep herself calm. She was furious and wanted to find Leroy that moment and beat him within an inch of his life. She had given him a home and this was how he repaid her.

"I promise you, this deeply angers me. I hold few matters higher than mutual respect between packs. I do not wish for things to go sour between our packs. I will go inform the Commander and we will punish this dog. I do not know how she will wish to handle this matter, but I want nothing other than to throw him from these lands. Even if he is allowed to stay he will be stripped of all his rights and thrown to the lowest rank. I will do him no favors. I will warn him that he is to stay away from Dahlia and if he doesn't follow this I wash my paws of him. If you find him in your lands again, you may do whatever you want to the scum." She wanted to tear his flesh. He didn't deserve what she had given him and she now regretted it more than anything. He had fooled her once, it would not happen again.

The man was surprised to see a burning rage slowly growing as he finished his speech. There was no reason to overdo what had happened in any way. Haku Soul’s simple explanation had been enough to fill the woman with unhealthy emotion. Actually, the man felt relief. He had not expected it to be this easy. The communication between the different packs was not as good and smooth as it should be, but she did not seem to even think about doubting his words, no matter if they had never met each other before. It was an easy check to make sure that he was who he was and that the words he spoke was true, but seemingly things would not get this complicated, so he could relax on that part. An ear moved to catch the hint of a low rumble that most likely was radiating from her throat. She was a future mother and the imaginable scene was not a delicate one. Her words offered an apology that she herself did not see as sufficient, but she was wrong. It actually did matter that she apologized in his place. It soothed the pride that had been damaged when the male had escaped.

He listened to the rest of her words, and held his stature respectfully. ”It is none of my concern what you do to him, as long as something is done. All I ask is that I am never to see him at Dahlia borders again, unless he has an extremely valid reason, or else I cannot promise he will live to return to Crimson Dreams.” The words were harsh in their meaning, but Haku was designed for this. Wiping out whoever opposed him, making torture and death into art. She did not need to know how it would be done, only that it would if the Lilium of Dahlia de Mai caught the man trespassing on his grounds again. ”I appreciate it, and I am truly sorry for the harsh information you just received, but it had to be done. I trust your words, and I trust you and your leader to handle this. Thank you, Savina.” He stood firmly on the ground, but he did not have anything more to add. He had pointed a finger in Leroy’s direction, and the size of the rock the Crimson Dreams leaders were to throw was none of his business.

Guessing we can close this up? 300+

Her muscles were taut under her skin and sable fur. Without even realizing it when she was not speaking her jaw clenched together tightly. The woman was a trusting one, and perhaps that was more of a fault than she knew. So far a packmember had never burned her. Not like this. From now on she would be even more skeptical at the borders. They were a large and healthy pack. They no longer needed to take anyone in who happened to wonder by. They could be more picky. The time had obviously come for that. She had already turned away one male that had looked for acceptance. It might be that needed to be a more occurring matter.

It did calm her some that Haku seemed to be appeased with the knowledge that the husky would be dealt with. The last thing she wanted was for some large conflict to happen between Crimson Dreams and any other pack. She had friends in Dahlia and did not want those relations strained. Most importantly to her, however, was that her children be born into a safe and peaceful environment. War was the exact opposite of what she wanted for them. "I promise you, something will be done. And he will be told to stay well away from Dahlia. If he disobeys that then he deserves whatever you will do to him." A part of her almost wished that he would be so stupid. Then she would be rid of his corruption and ungratefulness. "It is the least I can do. There is no need for you to apologize, it is important that we know this. I need to know if my members have crossed a line. You are welcome Haku. I will excuse myself now, have a safe trip back to Dahlia." With a last nod she turned to head back into the heart of Crimson Dreams territory. She would find Naniko straight away and deal with this.
