ooc; mid afternoon an his in wolf form :3

Everything was just an odd blur in his red eyes, it has been a long time since the fight with Svara an he was well aware he lost himself in his temper but he didn't care. What she said an asked boiled a fire in his skin, he went looking out of concern-something he rarely shows at it is- besides the fights he has being in yet it seemed it was all thrown back in his face in a way that it shouldn't have been, Leroy wasn't someone who liked being jerked around along with their efforts wasted and taking for granted. He was tired of thinking about it and letting it pull on his thoughts as he sat there, the husky knew he was wrong to call her pup as well but he didn't feel bad or regret his words; in all truth she still was growing up and learning unlike him, Leroy was a controlled man but he seemed to let himself slip when his lover thrown him back. It wasn't that he was pushed away that angered him, he has no problem dealing with rejection, but the way she undermined his actions as if they were nothing even if they were ever so simple.

A annoyed snort emitted from his chest as his skull rested on his pups, ears sitting relaxed on his head as he changed his thoughts to what has taking place in his own packlands, that strange female who injected that weird drug in his system, though he wasn't sure what happened during the time where is was effecting him. The male hasn't spoke to anyone besides one of his leaders about the matter as the females scent along with the drug are long gone now. Red orbs slowly opened as they looked over at the limp body beside him, the small doe was an easy chase but now he seems to have lost a the majority of his hunger. Breathing deep his black and white head rose as he stared down at the meal, it was surely enough to feed two, maybe three as his licked his lips for a second before moving to a sit. Using his hind leg the patterned lazily male scratched the side of his neck before shacking his head, it felt much better with the itch was gone though the one on his front leg was still annoying as the cut had scabbed over.

Moving forward towards the dead deer there was a small opening on it's side that Leroy had first made, though now it seemed more alluring as his stomach growled from the meat to be feed to it. Jaws grabbed a hold of the edges of the small opening before ripping the pieces off and opening the carcass more exposing its meats, quickly chewing the flesh and swallowing it Leroy locked his jaws a bit deeper as his pulled more meat out and consumed it while the red blood stuck to the white of his face. Licking the blood off his maw the male felt a bit better as he reclined to a sit as his curly tail pulled itself around his legs.

Cwmfen is still in Optime form, if that’s okay? ^=^
500+

Cwmfen was hungry again. It seemed that with every day and hour that brought her closer to full rejuvenation, her hunger increased. And the female admitted that she had not been able to eat as much since her attack, and perhaps she had lost a little weight. It would not have bothered the female so much had she been able to hunt on her own, but such a thing had only been a recent luxury as her shoulder had only just healed enough to allow her such exertion. And the black fae, who required much energy from her meals to execute her job well, was worried that her lack of food had somehow weakened her. And so today she was out for larger game. As a wolf, it would have been difficult for her to be able to fell anything larger than a rabbit, for the pursuit of larger game was made possible through packs. But with the optime form, and with the use of a bow, the female had found that she could pursue such game. Normally, the warrior would not have bothered with such game, as she would not be able to devour much of it in one sitting. But with the hunger in her gut and with the realized need that she may have to ration some, the female had set out with such a quarry in mind.

She traveled light as she always did, carrying only the bow and three arrows held in her hand. The use of a quiver may have been appropriate, but the black fae found such things uncomfortable. For this reason, the female also did not wear any garment, not even a cloak. And such things were cumbersome anyway. The fabric had a way with getting itself caught as she moved through the foliage, and such sounds could betray her position. And the wind dragged through them, slowing her if only by that split second. But for the warrior, a split second was everything. Thus the warrior traveled thus, her white eyes open and alert. But her gaze watched only what was ahead of her. For this hunt, she would find the prey through scent and sound. As she traveled in silence, her fluid grace unhurried, she caught the scent of a deer. Yet she scented blood as well. For a moment, the wolf considered whether or not she should seek it out, but a meal was a meal.

The woad marked fae was not expecting to find the husky there. She caught his scent early on, and it made her slow her approach. The woad bound ears pricked forward as if listening for something. When she was satisfied, the warrior began to circle about the glade in which the dog and the deer lay. But finally, she decided to make herself known. The black fae stepped into the clearing, sure to allow herself to move with a whisper the still bare branches, announcing her presence. She stood there considering him, remembering the incident nearly a moon ago. Lowering her bow, the female was sure to make herself as non-threatening as possible. The last thing she wanted was for the male to jump to the conclusion that she was there to attack him. Well, at least for now. It occurred to her then, that she had never learned the name of Svara’s lover. "What have you been up to, dog?" The alto melody was light, even amiable as she spoke. But there was not yet a smile upon that woad bound maw.

ooc; oh that's fine, slipknot yummy:'3 oh this any better, i tried harder!?

His mind was free and clear as he licked his lips again, the deep red on his white maw fading to a shade of pink. The warm liquid was refreshing as it slipped down his throat with ease like the chucks of flesh he had chewed up only moments ago, the groaning in his stomach had lowered with contentment as the bits of food he ate will do for the time being. The warm feeling in his belly made the patterned male very delighted, a surprising turn from the stress that stalked the back of his mind similar to a small shadow; heaving a sigh, for once in a long while he felt content maybe even happy.

A low gust of wind pulled a scent to the husky male as he breathed it into his lungs, black nose analyzing the smell, tracing with the many scents he has come to know and learn in his life. should have known Red eyes turned as his ears flickered to the sounds of movement within the forest, watching the black female appear Leroy kept a blank face as he followed her movements; keeping an eye on the bow in her hand till it touched the ground, she has not threatened him with that but he was no fool and was sure enough that she did not carry it for fun. A part of Leroy wanted to roll his eyes as he was not surprised to see the female, but then again she was out of her packlands away from Svara; he might be away from his own home but he did not have anything to guard there, so her absence seemed odd to him.

Leroy remained silent for a moment, merely watching the black female as her words reached his ears getting a twitch or two from them. His mind rolled for a second before he spoke, thinking about how this was so much different then the times before and now there wasn't a reason for him to become protective or defensive. Unless she really intended to attack him with ending his life in mind, though he would give her the befit of the doubt.
A short short emitted from his form before his own deep and rough voice emitted as he remain facing her,"dog? Do you have to call me that so much." His voice was calm without any sign of aggression or anger, maybe the food in him relaxed the male more then he thought." nothing, just duties that are needed to be done. So, what about you uh? Are you stalking me now or do you wanna steal my food too?" The male's voice was like a deep silk as it left his lips, he was in no mood for a quarrel and so he didn't wish to search one out, Leroy knew he was a controlled man who seemed like his grip slip for once. Red eyes shifted away from her and laid on the open meal before him, he was a very selfish man, it would be useless to deny it as he was aware that there was more here then he could eat. " Maybe if others asked I would give them some.." His voice trailed off as the image of Haku appeared in his mind before he pushed it out with ease, as his ears turned before he spoke again and slightly a bit annoyed."you want some?" He was blunt and calm as he barely looked back before speaking again." That's why you're here with that bow, so you want some or not? You look so hungry anyway."
leroy wasn't sure if he was actually being nice, but why waste food if there is another mouth that appears hungry.

Very much so! OuO
500+

The female remained unmoving. She knew that she had ventured into his territory now. Yes, it may have been unclaimed territory, but this husky had temporarily claimed this spot for his meal. The warrior recognized this, and so she moved no further. The discipline within her would not allow her to provoke the male by entering his space uninvited. But that black fae was not sure why she was even there standing in his presence. There was surely no major need. Svara had made it clear to the woman that she did not need the male, did not need to rely or depend upon him. But the warrior, of course, wondered at those words. Perhaps they had been spoken with a heart still scorched. And then, there had been the male’s behavior. He had been so gentle and protective, understanding, even, of his lover’s temper. His sudden change of heart puzzled the warrior, and she wondered what words had been exchanged prior to her arrival at the scene. Perhaps she was here to clear her confusion and to better understand the younger packmate.

As she had contemplated her own action and choice, the white orbs had strayed from the other’s form, lifting to gaze into the deeper forest as if listening to the call of some other prey. But the rough voice that addressed her brought the woad banded ears forward, and her gaze followed suit. "Are you not a dog...?" She seemed puzzled for a moment, as if not quite understanding. But she had seen his mistrust even as it lingered in his gaze now, and she realized the inflection he had inferred. "You have not offered me your name...." and the female offered him a light smile, her apology held openly and without scorn. At the moment, the male was violating no law of the pack, and so the woad marked Adonis was at ease. And she wondered if she had given to him her own name, for the female could not quite recall.

"Duties as well," the female replied quietly, for when she traveled, even within the packlands, she was always alert for those who sought to cause trouble. But she was not here to steal his food. The warrior, as a wolf, was a hunter before a scavenger, and she did not seek to scavenge now when she had the means to provide for herself. And she watched, almost curiously, as his gaze turned from her to the carcass and back, as he lay almost protectively over that meal. Hunger bid her to depart, to leave behind the husky of Crimson Dreams and pursue her own meal, but his voice caught her again. She paused, as if wondering at his intentions. "If you will offer it, I cannot deny it without disrespecting you." And the alto melody spoke genuinely. The words were not a mask to hide her intent of requiring his kill, for these lands were lush with others. But she had been raised with the ideal of respect, and she knew that declining a gift or offer, whether needed or not, was to return the gesture with disrespect. And the warrior did not want that.

Slowly, because she was testing the tenderness of that scar that marred her back, the female knelt, placing the bow and her arrows upon the earth at her feet. She would relinquish her weapons so as long as she was in his presence. It was a simple warrior’s truce, offered in silence. As she rose and approached in a single, fluid motion, she offered the male a light smile. "So I look hungry?" The female wouldn’t know. She hardly ever saw her reflection. Perhaps the effects of her forced light eating were visible. Quietly, she sat next to the male and his carcass but did not yet consummate his offer. For a moment longer she was silent before she asked, "Have you met with her lately...?"

ooc; YEA!

Listening to the woman as she speaks, his red eyes glanced back to her face, though she had a small smile Leroy somewhat understand her love for duties. If he could call it that, maybe more of a proud dedication to her work and the rules. Somehow Leroy thought that was more fitting of the woman before him, ears twitching the husky's head turned slightly towards her; he held back the small chuckle that begged to come out as he noticed the puzzled look on her face. 'of course I am a dog.' A sigh rolled from him as he rolled his eye in small amusement, he almost turned his head to hide it but just remained where he war before speaking in his deep but relaxed voice. " of course I haven't. None of our meetings been.pleasant enough for such talk." Pausing for a moment as a small smirk crawled on his lips before finally giving his name to her, that for sure would be better then being called dog. "though you have seemed to like calling me dog. Better late then never, its Leroy stranger."

Turning back the male listened to the words of the odd woman as she gathered her items, her voice was full of apology and welcome; though it seemed clear that his acceptance of it was peaceful, it was a calm gray day that was indeed one to relax on. He would have never thought he would be spending it with her, though things can always be worse. Sitting still his tail swayed out behind him in a lazily carefree manner as his ear twitched here and there to the small noises around him, brows lifted as she seemed surprised by his offering of food though as she took a seat beside him. Deep down it was slightly weird, concerning the fact the times they seemed so ready to attack one another. "not in your body, though you do look like you might have missed a meal or two. " ears flickered before he looks away and his deep calm voice vibrated from his throat. "Your eyes, most people are hungry when their eyes show it."

Her next words were unexpected as he was going to ask her about the food, though she lived with Svara so it was only a matter of time before it rose into their topics. Nothing changed about him as he merely remained there, red eyes staring off into no where as he thought about the last time he saw the firecracker. Taking in a deep breath he spoke in his normally tones, though even if he was still bothered by her actions he wasn't one to show it on his face."No, she wanted her peace away from me so I haven't traveled to your borders since, I'm not going to waste my time where my efforts and time is taking for granted. " The patterned male didn't want that much to be said, but it seemed to come out on it's own as he finally let the smallest of a friendly-at least comfortable- grin appear. Leaning forward his jaws grabbed onto a chunk of meat, his teeth grabbing hold as it emitted a popping sounds when they broke into the flesh. Quickly ripping it off the carcass the husky turned towards her with it hanging from his jaws in a giving manner, though he didn't have hands in that current moment he was sure if she was hungry it wouldn't matter if he held it. A muffled "Here.."emitted from his mouth as his ears twisted and turned about his head ever since Svara was spoke of, tail swayed as the cool wind pushed on him.

"Well, you do tend to be causing trouble whenever we have me," the female replied with a smile, her alto melody almost playful. Perhaps it was strange, but the woman had no trouble placing the line between her duty and her personal life. If the male were to cause trouble by entering the Dahlian boarders without permission, regardless of their relationship or of his relationship with Svara, the female could do what was necessary. And such a thing would never be a problem. She nodded in greeting as he continued, as if this introduction were truly between strangers. "Wolves have never required a name for the unknown, so as long as they know that it exists." And perhaps the female was simply from a different time and culture. "Leroy," the soft melody repeated quietly. It was a strange name, one that the Caledonian-Korean had never heard before. She tested it before introducing herself. "Cwmfen nic Graine." And, because this was an informal meeting, she did not attach her titles to her name.

A challenging, almost vicious look came to her white eyes, and it coloured the lilt of her voice, ambiguous, almost playful. "Perhaps you’re really looking." But the black fae was not here for that, and she did not want it. So she immediately dismissed what she had brought up. And she fell silent again, the silence broken only by his sigh. The white orbs looked up as if trying to understand that sound. But she could decide exactly what the male was thinking or what he thought of the incident in general. It was amazing to the solitary fae what a single argument could bring. But she was silent, allowing Leroy to speak. And as he did, the female better understood what had placed the rift between the two. But she would never fully understand.

And she was about to respond when the male turned and ripped a chunk of meat, offering it to her. She hesitated for a moment for reasons unknown before she gave a quiet "Thank you," in return. Leaning on her hands and reaching out with her maw, the female gently took the meat from him. She had always been more wolf than luperci, though the virus had infected not without consequences. The woad bound maw held it gingerly before she lowered herself upon her stomach, gripping the meat lightly in her hands as her hungering jaws ripped a smaller piece. The freshness of the meat was more than satisfying, not to mention the fact that she rarely ever tasted the flesh of deer. And for a moment, the hungry warrior was content as she swallowed.

Looking up, the female finally replied. "She is a girl, you know, only just come into woman hood." The husky was closer to the woman’s own age. "But she is not stupid, but I suppose you already knew that...." There was no judgment in her tone, merely a light conversational feel. "And perhaps she intended for you to respond in this way. It’s safer for everyone if you don’t trespass upon Dahlian grounds again. At least I won’t be forced to attack you." Once again, the female’s attempt at humor was a pathetic one. But, of course, she was not lying when she told him this.

ooc; sorry for the lateness just got done with prom and school papers xD

Gazing at the strange black female he elevated a brow at her name, Cwmfen nic Graine it was an odd name indeed, though it fitted the strange woman. The husky was not right to think such things, he himself was strange too many because of his odd coat. He could not help but really look at the woman, not in a sensually manner, but simple see the things that he was not able before. Things that he refused to open himself to. His ears moved in a unsure manner at times as this warrior was becoming relaxed, and even sounding playful, with some humor at the least. Leroy listened to her words while he held the meat, but it was then that he realized how anxious he was. Not because she was there, a wolf that he had encountered on hazardous terms but their forms; he rarely used his lupus form and with her in her Optime looming over him made him slightly nervous, he was not sacred or threatened but he simple did not enjoy it the fact she was high over him. This husky does not particularly get dominant or really care of it-unless it is a certain thing or action- but he prefers to be on the same level, though a part of him does feel slightly weak next to her though he did not act on it. Ignoring the urge to shift to his other form Leroy remained still as she took the meat from his jaws with a thank you, when she sat back he felt better as the patterned male spoke with his deep silk voice.
"umm your welcome "

His red eyes looked for a moment as she ate the bit of meat, turning back to the deer Leroy leaned closer as his teeth gripped the carcass again with a popping sound. Pulling the muscle of the body it gave a loud ripping noise as it tore away, sitting back Leroy chewed the meat in his mouth almost lazily before swallowing the warm substance down his throat. When Cwfm spoke up about Svara the husky's red eyes turned to her as his licked the flavor off his lips, listening he remained still with the want to lay down but he wouldn't not with her sitting so tall next to him.
"indeed, she's a firecracker" His deep voice showed nothing about the bit of 'hurt' that he felt deep down when he spoke her nickname, no not because of the fight but still for her sight. He will never admit to it, never breath as word of it to anyone.

Her next words about Dahlian grounds made him almost laugh in a way, ears leaning forward he was very relaxed in this place of peace. He knew she was likely right, Svara does like to provoke others but to him she had no right to throw his actions and time back at him. Taking a deep breath his curly tail swayed as he didn't let the thoughts trouble him."Most likely, staying away from there seems fine with me." His voice was deep with a chuckle as he was quite for a few moments before he finally lowered into a lay, leaning back he was facing Cwfm more then before as his maw rested on her paws.Looking back at the female he finally spoke, he wasn't sure why but he did. "You know Cwfm, I'm still angry. A small part still is after she brought me to her home, to Haku's home..he tried to steal my food as we fought." Pausing he looked right at her simply confiding the bit of information,"she took me to his house, his home after we tore each other apart. Never did i say anything about, I never got mad with her about it. But still a small part is angry."

Ooo, prom, awesome, ^=^ Mine's not until May 2nd....
500+

As she lay there upon her stomach, quietly eating the freely given meat, the white orbs flickered between the meal and the dog who had given it. For a moment, when neither of them spoke, she simply ate, sating her hunger with the meat of this freshly killed deer. It was one meat that she described as being delicious. The taste of fresh deer meat was a thing that she did not taste often, but each time she did not deny its superior taste. The meat tore for her with ease, coming apart for her jaws each time it was bid. And a single, soft growl of her delight could not be held back as she swallowed down the last morsel. Licking her jaws and her fingers, taking time to groom the fur where it may have been mussed by the meat, she looked up, listening as the male described the girl in question as being a ‘firecracker’. She did not know what a fire cracker was. Perhaps it was the crackling sound of the wood upon an open fire.... Either way, the ‘fire’ imagery sat well with the woman, for she had always thought of the girl as a wild fire, incontrollable by anyone save herself and thus creating destruction for herself. Perhaps it was not a compliment.

And then the male agreed that staying away would not prove to be a problem. And yet, she did not think that this was true. His pet name of ‘firecracker’ seemed to have been spoken with an affectionate tone than with anything else. She knew that the male must be conflicted, as they often were, with his like of the girl and with his own pride. Everyone struggled with that until they came to know who to let pride go. And some never did.... It was not necessarily a bad thing, the warrior had decided. But for one of her lifestyle, it was a very important thing to learn how to do. Pride merely got in the way, as did other extreme emotions. And so the woman floated in the middle way with her contentedness, struggling only with what love was and with what hate was.

When the male Leroy admitted to being angry, explaining himself to her, the female was silent, waiting for him to settle down before she would take her turn. She did not move or rise from her prone position and merely kept herself propped up upon her elbows as her tail moved over her thighs. The white orbs looked up at him as she spoke with soft, golden tones. "It is not wrong for you to feel that way.... Yet, you must never touch another in anger, not even your enemy." She thought briefly of when Leroy had stopped Svara from turning away. And she thought too of when the coyote had attacked her; even then there had been no anger. There had only been a wild ferocity and the need to survive.

"She should not have taken you there; unfortunately, the girl is still within the mindset of a girl, regardless of her body’s becoming a woman. She believes still that the world was made for her, and so she thinks of no one but herself. I do not doubt that she feels something for you, but she is still unsure as to how to express it, how to express either a need or a desire for you." She paused for a moment before continuing, a soft smile upon her lips. "You are far older than she is—almost my own age, I’d say. And so anger and frustration on both parts are guaranteed. Because both of your minds are upon different fields, it is difficult to understand the other." And tactical purposes required the same sort of understanding, so the warrior was not completely ignorant of relationships. But then, it wasn’t really the relationship that she was talking about. It was the individual. And understanding each individual was important for the warrior as well, for each individual presented for her a new challenge, whether it be on the battlefield or elsewhere.

ooc; wow didn't mean for this to get soo behind ^^

Sitting still his red eyes drifted to the black female before slowly looking away with a sigh as his ears turned with ever word his spoke, no this husky was not ignoring her but his eyes merely were else where in a sense- slightly daydreaming. Thinking, he listened to ever single word with a silent patience as his ears near left her direction, much of what Cwfm said made much since but he wasn't sure why he didn't even think about it then. The relaxation he was feeling was so comfortable why he rested there in a large hep of black and white fur with muscle, flesh, blood, and bone underneath it all but yet even this topic of they are talking about doesn't raise his fire.

A content rumble of his stomach emitted as it created a small smirk on his maw, blinking slowly the ruby orbs looked back to the warrior when she finished speaking as his dry voice rumbled from his throat. "upon different fields.." pausing the male repeated her words for a brief moment before moving forward. "I remember, 'you never touch another out of anger' but i did not hurt her Cwfm. You right, we may be on different fields and that may be what just bugs me sometimes..though like you states it may be just as equally frustrating for her.." Looking at the female Leroy couldn't help but chuckle loudly as a brow raised itself, " you know, your a strange one..maybe it's just to me but your strange in a good way..i can feel your.whats the word" Pausing his red eyes looked of as his tail swayed behind him. " honor, maybe pride or code but it's something like that but at least it's good." He might have sounded very stupid but he didn't care, he has a full belly and all the time in the world. A long yawn escaped his jaws before his licked his lips in hopes of find any remaining flavor. "you can eat all you would like, I'm comfortable.." His voice was smooth and comfortable as his eye closed for a second as he rested his head a again.

It’s okay~ ^=^ Maybe we could fade to black after your post? It’s just getting a bit outdated now, ^=^;;
500+

The black woman ate while there was silence, watching the male’s relaxed composure. It was a strange air that was held about the dog—it was not the same type of tranquility that she held about herself. But the woman couldn’t place what made it different; perhaps it was the colour of the husky’s relaxation that made it unique for it was the same hue as Svara’s anger. Perhaps that was what made them so compatible regardless of their differences. And this thought was strange to the warrior. There was a strange darkness within her own soul—that drop of ink that marred the light—that kept her in her solitude. And it was strange for she was compelled to it; she thought that perhaps that darkness compelled her in battle, compelled her to kill regardless of who it may be. But could that be darkness? Could that be solitude? It was the way of the warrior to differentiate between friend and foe even if they were one in the same. Such a thing did not trouble the black fae and it made her efficient. But could others understand that too? Many who were not of the same culture could not; those who could tended to be ‘unrefined’, as she put it. And so she remained in the darkness but was not trapped.

The echoed words spoken by the male broke through the darkness and placed her within that clearing once more. As her woad bound ears pricked forward, her woad bound maw lowered to the meat and took another bite. "Yes," the soft alto agreed quietly. "However you must remember that anger is powerful—just as fear is and just as hate is. The intent, the energy of that single emotion can do more damage than the act itself. Often it is the implication that remains in the mind." Most did not understand this, and the warrior had seen packs destroyed for such things. The warrior was about to take another bite when the male laughed, drawing her gaze from the meat to his face, the silent question for that sound within that gaze. A soft but ambiguous smile graced the woman’s lips. "Honor," she said softly before falling silent for a moment. "There are many things beneath the surface that may transcend honor and codes. Those things may be malignant. It would be wise to not trust to easily." And it was difficult to say of whom the woman was speaking, but she had fallen silent again.

"Thank you," the soft alto replied with a sincerity. She took another small chunk and ate in silence, listening to the male and to his breathing. And she listened to the forest and to the world as it sang to her in soft, gentle whispers that were carried upon the wind. And she ate in silence, those morsels enough to satisfy her and sustain her for several more days. It was not long before she had eaten her fill, and she rose silently and with minimal effort as if the scars had been quieted by her sated hunger. The woad marked woman retrieved her bow and the arrow. Upon rising she turned back to the male. "What do you plan to do with Svara?" It was spoken in the silence and space between them, but it was almost as if she did not expect an answer. "If you love her," and the warrior knew that the girl loved him too, "you will wish to be mated.... But a mateship of two packs cannot be consummated...." The white eyed fae wondered if they had thought that far ahead.

ooc; yea fade to black, sorry for ruining the thread ;-;

The male stayed still with his ruby eyes hidden away as if for the first time he was able to relax, breathing his own images could come in his mind as his ears turned and listened to each word the dark woman said. The silence between them wasn't awkward in his mind as he listened to her eat some more of the deer meat that had filled his stomach with an odd calm, lungs moving with each breath as her new movement made a ear twitch but her words made his red eyes open to look at the black wolfess. For a moment Leroy said nothing before speaking in his same tones." mateship..yea I know." Turning to he direction his brows pushed together in a way as he continued. "I'll figure something out, even if I have to give something up to do so." The male's answer was short and truthful as he believed that the female would understand his words.
