She found feel the pain as he wrenched at her scruff but it was a numb dull pain, thrown to the back of her mind as the memory seemed to seize and freeze the world around her. A choking cry rose from her throat as she thrust her head back and tried to snarl at the male, wanting him removed from her space in more ways than one. The panic that was taking hold wasn't able to realize just who it was who was at her back anymore as everything around her went black like night.

Her heart beat fiercely as that voice seemed to echo in her ears as the monster's weight bared down against her back. She heard the snap of his jaws close to her ear as her muscles began to quiver as she snarled. "Let me go bastard!" She tried to arch her back and push his weight off of her but his heavier mass was too much as it held her in her place.

He could hear her heart beating hurriedly, echoing through her body, revealing her stress, the panic that so quickly was bubbling up to the surface. It made him want to break her, but there was this fine line he had to keep from crossing. Firefly was going to leave Dahlia, the man firmly decided while she was in his grip. Her lack of respect and everything else made her a foul being to come across, and she had always been this way, and she had always managed to get away with it. Not anymore, because Haku was not protecting her sorry little ass any longer. She screamed for him to let go, and he did, but not without giving her a brutal push, hoping to see her lose her balance and fall. Filthy female. He did not want their kids, as there was no love for the little brats, but keeping them from her made her hurt, so it was all worth it just to grant her additional misery.

He stayed on his feet, his dangerous glare on her, not wanting to turn his back on her as he did not want to take this further at the moment, because the worst had yet to happen, and he wanted her pain to be prolonged as long as it could before the final blow was to strike her down and burn her alive.

Firefly hadn't actually expected the monster to let her go but when she was firmly shoved into the dirt a snarl erupted from her throat as she spat. "Filthy bastard.." Her twisted psyche not yet establishing that it was Haku infront of her and not the beast from her youth. ""Just wait.. you'll see.. just wait. There won't be a knight in shining armor, but a hound from hell with all the furies at his back."" she growled as she shuffled backwards from the male, her emerald eyes dazed and slightly unfocused as she announced that Haku would come for her, that he'd save her. She'd been that piece of the puzzle he hadn't been able to solve and she knew he'd return for her.. somehow she'd survive.

Her belly brushing the ground as a feral growl escaped her lips, words forming in a hiss as she laughed. "I won't scream for you, never.." But she had, when he'd moved closer, when his fingers had closed around her throat as he'd held her immobilized she'd screamed, she'd wept and she'd tried to fight it, but in the end he'd taken what he'd wanted and left her with a sorry lesson learned.

He pulled back, muscles effortlessly moving under the layer of skin and chocolate fur. She spat her usual words out (she had no imagination, so she usually only repeated the same insults over and over) and he folded his ears calmly, staring at her with a touch of dark amusement in his supposedly innocent eyes. Her words stopped making any sense at all, and he slowly moved away, realizing exactly how mad the woman was. He was going to get her kicked out of here at any cost, although he knew he would not have to work hard to make that happen. The woman was a very foolish one, playing dangerous games that required more skill than she inhabited. Such a rotten piece of fruit.

She was not done it seemed, but he had lost interest, and backed away a few extra steps before turning around and padding towards the cabin, content that he had made her release her madness that would get her kicked out of here.
