Pendzez saw the Patriarch as a good man. An orthodox which there was no conundrum. However, being on his bad side would be like a hell, since Jefferson would be very crabby, not to mention that he might blow his head off, bugging him too much. Pendzez was having a bit of trouble with him before, but that was all sorted out. The least to say, is that Pendzez and Jefferson were... sort of friends. He hoped that things would stay the same.
