He sat down with Boo by his side. His new home was different and something he wasn't used to. Jazper had been busy ever since he had joined Crimson dream, leading Mahlouk to keep to himself and talk to Boo a lot. Out of all the things the scarred white male missed telling stories. He loved to tell people about the wonders tales of curses and witches creatures with magical powers and wolves that climbed to the heavens on bean stocks.

Laying down on the comfortable grass he wondered when life would change. For so long he had just been watching people live and hadn't really done much himself, not until Jazper. It was the male that had made him leave AnyWaya and come here, because he had felt like he was living and not just veiwing others lives. Bored Mahlouk looked at the bear beside him and took in a deep breath. "Mahlouks gonna tell you a story Boo." His deep voice rumbled as he spoke.

"Once upon a time there was a young cub who thought he would leave his mother side. It was winter and the cold nipped at his small body, but the thought of adventure only drove him to leave his mother side. So the small cub left her when she wasn't looking. The boy came acrossed a snake while away from his mothers protective eye. Curious and cautious he asked the snake what it was. The snake replied slowly that it was a snake and that if the boy didn't solve the riddle he had he would bite the boy and the boy would be left to die of poison. The boy was horrified and listened to the snakes riddle. it wonders and strays where deadly things lurk and could have avoided this if only it had done as it was told. The riddle mystified the boy and after only ten mintues of paniced thinking was killed by the snake who over his dieing body told him, "it was you." and left the little pup who soon learned the snake was not poisionus and ran back to his mother who had been looking for him over an hour. The cub learned then that somethings were meant for when you were older and ready for them.
Mahlouk smiled at the old tale. Moving his tail back and forth he watched nature go on and Boo never respond, because Boo was just a toy.

The girl walked along the grassy line that was along the forest. She thought to take a stroll, just to get some fresh air that seemed so relaxing from different stressing things. He took in much breathe as she could before gazing up at the cloudy sky. The puffy clouds hovered slowly by, covering the sun as it went that gave the girl a chance to look up. Until the sun started to show itself, the girl looked away before the light blinded her. Looking forward, he continued on her course of the walk.

Her hears perked up as she heard a voice that was telling a story. She continued one to find the origin of the voice was a male wolf that was talking to a stuffed toy. The girl tilted her head to one side asking why he would do that, but she listened to the story that male was saying. When he finished the story, the girl clapped cheerfully and happily like she was excited about the story and commenting, "What a wonderful story."

Maldrid felt good now that he had settled down in the Crimson Dreams pack territory. He had picked out a room for him in the mansion and was now able to enjoy more of his time now that he didn't have to worry too much about survival anymore. The unclaimed areas had been unkind to him. Maldrid thought he would have been able to handle it for the rest of his life, but he was only fooling himself. He absolutely despised living alone, he enjoyed being in the company of others now that they weren't hostile anymore.

Now that he was settled in the territory he then thought about how he'd have much more time to write songs for himself. Perhaps he'd share some of them with others. To him it didn't matter at the moment, being in the peaceful land and playing either his lute or his recorder was enough. The song would sometimes depend on his mood, and sometimes he'd just strum a few notes on his lute to see what would come out. If he came up with a song that he particularly liked he'd do his best to commit it to memory. Maldrid had many songs in his head, so much even that he'd lost count of them all.

Maldrid sat in the grass, letting wind go through his fur, and started to play his lute. No particular notes came to mind that he'd play so he continued to strum notes in a scale. Going up and down in their pitch, perhaps even changing the tempo here and there. Then finally he found a few notes that he put together sounded rather well. He strummed those notes and added more to the song. He thought of the mood that this would bring out and concluded that this one would best bring out excitement in others. So he sped up the tempo and worked his fingers skillfully on the instrument. He played that song for another five minutes before finishing off with strumming a final note along all the strings of the lute. Maldrid was satisfied with the song he created and took a mental note of it. Maldrid thought that he should practice this one a bit more and fine tune it for later use.

After Maldrid was finished playing he got up and started to walk along at a leisurely pace taking in the sights of the area. As he walked along he heard someone talking and upon hearing more of it concluded that he was hearing a story being told from one who was rather skilled at it. Maldrid walked in that direction not knowing what he'd find. When he got nearer he noticed a scarred wolf and the familiar face of Flayra, who he met earlier in the mansion's library. "What a wonderful story." Maldrid heard her say and when he got closer he said, "Indeed," Maldrid looked over towards the scarred wolf, "You are pretty skilled. Did you imagine that on the spot or did you hear that story earlier?" Maldrid asked.

Mahlouk sat there with Boo and wondered when he would get to tell people his stories. They were all he had after all. He moved his tail as he sat there. The sound of an approaching female made him stop and look at her. His face was blank still void of emotion as he gazed at her. Had she meant what she said? The male nodded his head to her, thankful for her comment. "Mahlouk is happy to know someone thinks so." No smile came to the males face as he looked at the girl, only a slight happiness in his pupiless blue eyes.

Another male approached and made Mahlouk look down so not to meet their gazes. "Mahlouk made it up on the spot." He said lightly in his rough voice. With a large paw he pulled Boo towards him so no one would hurt the teddy bear. It was all he had other then Jazper. "Mahlouk isn't used to so many people hearing his stories." He said lightly the scared male still not looking at them.
