it's a dangerous ride

Firefly had spotted the wild horse from quite a distance away, she'd been excited at finding the beasts, knowing that they would provide to be very useful to the pack if she could play her cards right and capture them. It was going to be a long shot this first time around but she'd learned many things in her time overseas and had seen the way that the clan had tamed the wild beasts, she knew in time if she was patient enough she could do just that as well. She'd spent her time at the old racetracks that had recently been discovered on the packlands, examining the stalls and corals, knowing that they would have to be strong and sturdy to enclose these wild creatures. She'd believed that she'd done everything she could to make certain that everything was ready, now she just had to herd the mustangs into what would be their new home.

She wouldn't dare to lock them in the stalls just yet, or even in large numbers in the coral, but the huge expansion of pasture that existed around the racetrack would be perfect. She'd opened the gate to the far gate before she'd left the lands, knowing that that would be the only entrance that the mustangs would have to escape from her and whomever she could con into assisting on this mission. Her eyes shown brightly as she trotted back to the packlands to find some poor unfortunate soul who had no clue what she was about to do to them..

Svara sat down in the grass the trees behind her and the ocean no where near where she could see. For almost a Month her pack had lived here, already they had gained new members. Leaning back in the grass she watched the morning sky as the clouds moved acrossed it. She had already gathered herbs today, and taken some stuff to get over her raging hangover. Already her head wasn't hurting, but she still had some side affects from all the drinking.

The sound of thunder made her sit up. The sky was still blue and no grey was in the sky, where was the noise coming from? Looking around she saw nothing. The noise grew louder and didn't stop. Finally it came around from the far trees and ran farther out of the pack lands. A herd of animals bigger then she was used to seeing, almost like moose, but without the antlers. Svara watched as the colorful beasts ran away their thunder leaving with them. There had only been about three or four there, but they had been beautiful.

Long after they had run off she was still staring after them. What were they called? She had never seen such beasts before. The smell of Firefly drew her out of her thinking and turned around where she saw the women heading in her direction. Getting up Svara headed towards the women. Firefly had come in the direction the animals had gone. There was a look on the womens face, already Svara was interested. Shifting to her wolf form she loped to the women and stopped in front of her. "The she devil lives." The red constable said with a teasing smile. Oh she loved firefly.

A wicked smile appeared on Firefly's face when she caught sight of the Constable moving towards her. She hadn't expected to find Svara but Svara would do just fine for what she had planned. Truthfully anyone who could run and snap and snarl would have done well but she hadn't seen her young friend in a while and it just figured that they were do for some quality time spent together anyways. She lifted her nose to the air at the remark her leader had made as she gave a loud sound of disagreement, "Hrmf.." she said as she let her eyes trail over to her friend as though she'd just given her a put down. "And I was all for letting you come along with me.. but if you're gonna act like thattt.." she teased, knowing that her friend's jest was made in good standards.

She flashed Svara a smile as she tilted her head back from the way she'd come. "Com'mon.. I got something I wanna show you.." She didn't know if Svara had ever even heard of horses, Firefly knew that Haven had aquired one, how she hadn't asked yet, but she knew that soon enough the pack would have many, though if they would be as useful as Haven's she was unsure. It would be a lot of time and training used to teach the creatures who was the master and the signals and wants they would need to know.. but she believed that sooner than later it could be done.

Firefly paused a second, waiting to see if Svara would join her, knowing that this would atleast be an adventure..

Firefly always made her feel like a puppy. She had the urge to bound around the she wolf in energetic loops. Already her mood was better and she was in the mood to hear what the she wolf had in mind. Firefly's words made Svara grin even more. "Oh don't be a sour puss. You earned your titled of offical She devil with honor and next to no dignity." Svara stated teasing her all the more. All too soon the she wolf was already moving and asking her to follow.

The constable didn't question the women. Loping up behind her she couldn't help but feel the energy seep into her paws and the need to run pour into her soul. She hadn't done much things exciting in the past month and she really wanted to know what her friend had in mind today. Nipping at the she wolfs ear Svara started to speak. Svara laughing and jumped around on her slim long legs her slightly shortened tail moving along.

Firefly couldn't help but smirk as she was trying to ignore the frisky youth around her ankles. She rolled her eyes at the words of the young one as she bared her fangs lightly. "Don't push it small fry, I can still whoop your ass in a heartbeat if you overstep it." her words were said with a hint of amusement as she flicked her tail from side to side and continued down the path. The scent of the horses was against them but she didn't worry, she knew where the beasts were going.

A chuckle rose in her throat as she glanced to the other and raised a brow. "Not eve worried as to where we're going?" She yawned as she began to pick up the pace, Svara right on her heels as she teased. "You really trust me that much kiddo?" Svara would regret trusting her oneday but Firefly didn't think it was today, though she figured that today was just as good as any for her to do something seriously outrageous and dangerous. It was just fitting.
