Dark thunderheads hung overhead, threatening more rain. A chilly wind blew across a small plain, rippling the calm water in a creek that was beginning to flood over. A tan colored wolfess wandered through the soppy grass by the creek, grimacing in mild disgust. Ever since she had come here, it had done nothing but snowed, rained, and now it was flooding. She supposed she would have to deal with it now - things were going semi okay with Lysander, so there was absolutely not reason whatsoever to leave.

Relieved when her feet touched dry ground, Asariel sat on the small hill and assessed the damage. Water was everywhere, and it looked like Heaven wanted to weep some more. She sighed softly and decided maybe she should hunt a bit; get some food into her stomach. She wasn't an experienced hunter or trapper, but she could find something when the time called for it.

Ty waded through the flood waters, going into luperci form to keep himself from swallowing water, allowing his head to stay above the water level, which made it much easier to navigate through the water. He didn't bother to take the high ground, as he liked the cool water on his fur, it was relaxing to him even though was very murky with the dirt and sediment that the water took up. It was at this moment that Asariel caught his eye, to which a small smirk crossed his lips, he knew that coat of fur anywhere. He hadn't seen her since he had broke off that awkward fling session where nothing really had happened between the two. He hadn't talked to or heard from her, like most other wolfs, she seemed to have become solitary after their talk. To see her again brought a good feeling to Ty, she seemed to be in good health, and, as usual, the rainclouds followed her like a guilty conscience.

Wading up alongside the she wolf, Ty let out a lighthearted laugh "So you're the one who has been making all this rain happen, I should have known." He started with another chuckle. "I guess I should have guessed, those storm clouds are always at your back, what weather gods did you piss off huh?" After another session of light laughter, he smiled warmly to his friend and asked with genuine interest. "How are you doing Asariel? I haven't seen you in a while, where have you been hiding?"

Balance was always a flaaw of Rendalls, the wolf was just plain clumsy. And the the situation she hadgotten herself into didnt help either. The girl had managed to find herself chased up a tree by an elk she had pissed off. The bull was long gone, but she couldnt find her footing to find a way down. She'd been stuck up here for about an hour and the rain had all but pelted her the entire time. The sorry, wet, teen wondered how the hell she managed to get herself in these situations.

The flood waters that had been gathering in the lower areas didnt help any either. The girl was thrilled about getting wet as she was falling 10 or so feet to the ground. She had changed into her optime form to try and make navigating the tree better, but nothing helped her. However familiar voices distracted her...Ty, and Asariel. She could see them walking towards her. It looked like Ty was asking the female a few questions. Not wanting to interupt anything, the girl tried to make her way slowly and quietly down the tree.

Too late, the rain had made all the branches slick and the girl lost her footing falling out of the tree and into the water. Her scream cut short but the shallow flood water. She quickly looked up at the two wolves and smiled sheepishly...."Uh.....hi."
