In one smooth movement, Hybrid took the intruder down. However, Hybrid had no time to admire his handiwork, no matter how precise and efficient. Perhaps he could take just a moment to admire it. He was now perched atop the hybrid's chest, and even though the fool had called for a leader, he most assuredly had the advantage. Though, that had never been any question; Hybrid knew he would never allow this canine to get away with anything. He was far too smart for him.

"I will destroy you," Hybrid stated. He leered close to Silas's face, his maw split into a twisted grin. Hybrid remained there, still, until the arrival of Kaena. Even then, he did not move for a moment, even when she barked, What the fuck's going on here?. Even then, Hybrid was still, eyes trained on Silas's.

"A trespasser. A filthy shithead who doesn't know when to leave. He's a fucking coward and a tool," he replied, stepping off of Silas's chest. He glanced over to Kaena, loathing clear in his eyes. He would not tolerate such a creature in Inferni or even near him. He glanced back to Silas, pulling back his gums to bare his fangs and snarl silently at the canine.

Even though Silas was in Optime, Hybrid’s rugged Secui frame had the young boy pinned to the ground. He tried making swings at the Hydra to disorient him or even knock him off balance enough to pull away, but the beast remained atop Silas’ chest despite the efforts. It wasn’t until another voice sounded that Silas was aware that they were no longer alone. Either his call had been heard and answered, or another scumbag such as Hybrid has stumbled upon them. He could only hope it wasn’t the latter.

As the Hydra moved away, Silas was quick to pull himself to his feet. His gaze was locked on the snarling Hybrid as he spit his hot words towards the Centurion. A foul taste crept into his mouth as he listened to the obscenities Hybrid felt the need to share. When he had finally finished speaking, Silas finally dared to let his gaze drift to their new company. Even though she was nowhere near as irate as Hybrid was, Kaena’s appearance was just as menacing, if not more. "He say I trespass," Silas informed her, as he stole another glance in Hybrid’s direction. The mongrel was baring his teeth in irritation and Silas could only help but to sneer back at him. "Yet I come here to join." Though the wounds on Silas’ face were fresh and bleeding, it was his chest that felt as if it had sustained more. The pressure of Hybrid’s weight bearing down on him had left the Russians ribs throbbing. He wasn’t sure how just yet, but Silas swore he’d someday find a way to get back at that bastard Hydra.

OOC: ::Word Count:: 501

The silver-furred Centurion looked to Hybrid, her single-golden eye sizing him up. Kaena knew that Hybrid was capable of acting rashly, but she honestly believed he understood Gabriel's policy. She knew he would not attack a potential joiner; as far as his abrasive manner went, she knew he would not underestimate the need of the clan to add to its membership. For whatever she knew of Hybrid's head, she knew he was not stupid, and him attacking someone for no reason at all, especially so close to Inferni, did not leave her with a good feeling.

Strange uneasiness passed over her as the Hydra worked his way to his feet, dusting himself off almost disdainfully as he spoke of the other canine with several choice words. With her suspicions already ingrained into her head, Hybrid's words merely confirmed what she'd already guessed, and she turned to the other canine as he spoke, lifting a brow and sneering at him. His words were laced with a strange accent, unfamiliar to Kaena. She had never met Rurik or any of his sons save Zaets, and she'd only spoken to Zaets briefly before Vitium had busted up that particularly fun party. Beyond that, the silver-furred canine had never met anyone to speak with a Russian accent; she could not possibly place it. Her golden eye narrowed and glittered as she peered at the invading canine, taking a stiff-legged step toward him. He did not smell of any packs, true—but the virtue of being a loner did not absolve the hybrid of his trespassing sin.

His half-breed nature was apparent enough to Kaena, after all—she was particularly adept at picking out coyote blood, perhaps thanks to the varying percentages and appearance of her own mutt children. She could hardly hold mixed blood against anyone, true, but there was a definite difference between herself and someone like Talon, someone who chose the pack's lifestyle. Kaena had taken her wolf half and ripped him out, tearing him by the roots from her mind. She was not a wolf. "By the looks of it, I'd say you're well on the wrong side of the border," the coyote said with a sneer, flicking her tail as she sized this one up. He was particularly large for a coyote hybrid, she thought. Perhaps he was descendant of some wild canine from halfway around the world, some breed of dog rather than wolf—after all, Kaena was only truly experienced with coyote and wolf blood. Her own smidgen of dog was hardly enough to give her a keen eye for those kinds of hybrids. Still, he'd broken the law, and by her book she owed him nothing now. "Tell you what, kid," the silver-furred coyote said, taunting him. "Bring us back a nice chunk of wolf, and we'll let you in our little clubhouse here." The silver-furred hybrid said, teasing the hybrid. "Go on now, find us something nice," she said. It was the last warning Silas would get.

Hybrid rolled his eyes as Silas stood up, making a show out of it. The hybrid took his time pulling himself to his feet, and then the first thing out of his mouth was both a complaint. Of course he had been trespassing. Well, he had certainly been close enough for Hybrid to call it trespassing. The Massacre boy certainly hoped that the wolves around here would get the idea that simply waltzing around near the border was not acceptable behaviour, as it never had been. Hybrid curled his lip in distaste as the foreigner repeated his lie. Hybrid cringed as a slight whine made its way into the other canine's voice, annoyed he was still here listening to this drivel.

Hybrid grinned in reply to Kaena's statement, glad he was not the only one to find this wolf's presence unacceptable. Not only was he an eyesore, but a lying coward to boot. However, when Kaena offered the wolf the possibility to join, Hybrid was appalled. Hybrid seethed, struggling to find a way to voice his anger. How could she even think to allow this creature into Inferni, especially after Hybrid had so eloquently informed her of his crimes? Hybrid sputtered for a moment, then clenched his jaw shut. He eyed Kaena warily, trying to determine her motive for suggesting such a task.

Quite suddenly, Hybrid broke out into a wide grin. He whipped his head over to where the foreign hybrid was now standing -- albeit, somewhat shakily -- and allowing his grin to widen. This thing would never be able to take anything of a wolf's, be it a tail, a leg, or an eye. There was no chance this coward would ever be able to join Inferni.

"Hah! This simpering coward wouldn't even know where to start," he added, staring plainly at Silas. "Which means I'll never have to see you again," he added, feeling a little cheerier at the thought.

So uhhh, I'll make a new thread where Silas can bring his goodies to you guys? Big Grin

The young Russian didn’t know what to make of the Centurion’s request. Though she had also realized that Silas had in fact trespassed, she was willing to give him a chance in exchange for some flesh. But the boy didn’t have a big hand in fighting. He had of course sparred with Anatoliy as brothers often do, but he was nowhere near the level that these blood thirsty coyotes must have wanted. What Hybrid then retorted was true. Silas would have no clue where to start, but that didn't mean he was going to give up so easily. He let his icy gaze travel over towards the Hydra, the sickening taste returning to his mouth. If he ever made it into Inferni’s borders, he’d constantly be on lookout for Hybrid. He had a feeling there would be forever a mutual loathing between the two, and he was completely fine with that.

Had Hybrid not said a word, perhaps Silas would have gone on his way and left Inferni alone. Sure, he’d share his story with his family, trying the best he could to alleviate the impression that he was naïve and impulsive in going past the marked borders, and that would be that. But no, the Hydra had to open his mouth and direct his words at Silas. This was a challenge now, and the Russian would not back down. With his eyes narrowed and fierce, Silas looked from Hybrid to Kaena. "You vill ‘ave your flesh," he said simply, before turning to leave and begin the planning of his new test.

Yes'm and kjfksjdfjsjdf sorry on the wait. x___X I should be around to spree tomorrow, if you would like? :B 403.

The coyote woman did not think the sheltered youngster in front of her was capable of bringing back a piece of wolf for her to gloat over; he was too young, too skinny, and he was damn lucky he was escaping with his life where she was concerned. There was something in Kaena threatening to spill overboard, a desire to hack and slash and cut at something until it bled whole rivers into the ground, falling lifelessly before her. The silver-furred hybrid had bottled her anger and allowed it to stir and ferment, and now it was brewing to something beyond what she could even handle or comprehend. The dark thing inside of her slumbered yet, but he would not remain in such a placid state for very long. He was ready to surge again at any moment; the slightest push might send the silver-furred canine into a fit of merciless rage.

Hybrid seemed to take a moment to understand the Centurion's threat, taking her words for their first value—suddenly it dawned on him, and the Hydra played along excellently, sending a swell of pride through Kaena, feeling as though this indicated there was some further connection between herself and Hybrid than there had been before. He understood her humor and her taunts and he furthered them—how lovely! "Oh no, Hybrid. I don't think he's got a chance in hell," the coyote said, crowing over her little joke. This stranger would not be able to complete this task, and in the coyote woman's eyes that made him rather unfit for Inferni anyway. He was some kind of wolf hybrid, and it was likely he'd spent his whole waking life playing wolf, unaware of how his other side lived.

The hybrid woman watched as the trespassing canine seemed to grow more determined by the second, his eyes narrowed to thin slits and his coal lips pressed into a thin line. The coyote's toothy grin reappeared as his words and she did not deign to respond to them; instead the silver-furred woman simply turned her one-eyed gaze toward Hybrid and let out a raspy, loud laugh—clearly exaggerated for their now-retreating intruder's benefit, certainly loud enough to follow him out of the territory. The coyote did not stop laughing for a moment, hoping Hybrid might join her in a mocking chorus of shrill coyote laughs to serenade this coyote wanna-be from their midst.
