The Shiloh Hills seemed soundless and inanimate on this cloudy, gray afternoon. Tranquility and solitude could be found best in this territory, and it was one that piqued the red she-wolf's interest immensely. She had passed through the Shiloh Hills before, surely, but had not taken the opportunity to see and experience the land for what it was worth. With the hills gently ascending and descending upon one another, an overlay of white could be seen for as far as the eye could see. The snow fall here had decorated the hills quite deeply and transfixed. The Ayastigi had not happened upon another smaller creature since she had departed from AniWaya, and the only accounted for moment was the assumption of a white hare that blended perfectly with its wintry surroundings, but had presumably dashed off before her amber gaze was to focus and make an outline of the small body completely. Other than that, everything was still in its snow and ice bound setting.

Apparently Aidan preferred to roam in areas that were lush with the soft carpet of grass instead of mulling through the thick layers of snow, and often would the equine voice neigh and whinny of his protest. Knowing that Aidan's name didn't stem from the definition of "little fire" for nothing, Asha instead walked alongside her steed just in case Aidan was feeling a little rebellious and decided to take off somewhere else with her upon his back. Although the two had went through extensive training sessions of riding and the like, there were still those occasional bouts that deemed the stallion still wild and instinctive. Her fingers brushed through his mane delicately, a calm and soothing gesture for the horse, as the two walked at a casual pace up the embarkment of a rising Hill. There had been many hills the two had already traversed upon, but this one in particular seemed to hold a greater grasp of the land before them in a higher view. Once reaching the top, the red wolf and the equine halted to survey the rest of the Hills before them.

What was witnessed? Well, more hills of course! That was obviously no surprise. If anything, the territory looked like a repeat scene of itself, over and over again, but Asha had known better that beyond this there was more plentiful regions to explore, and also an unknown conflict between two packs in the very far northern areas. For now, Asha was simply graced with the stillness of the Hills; away from most civilized individuals, and certainly away from the distant war that was brewing between two canine species.
