Vieira knelt against the cool floor. The two other blankets she had were neatly placed on the floor. The thickest was on the floor to prevent the cold rising and the smaller on top. With the two new blankets, it would definitely help as the months became colder. She drew in a long breath and unfolded the two, placing them on top. She even folded one up as a pillow and neatly left it there. If it did not help with warmth, she would unravel it to use it on top of her. For now, it looked nice, and she ran her hand over it with a smile. After this, she did not know what to do, and for a moment she lingered there and stared around her room.
Her thoughts were answered when Kaena spoke and her head turned to look out in that direction. The question made her stiffen and she began to stand and exit her small room. "Okay," she said quietly. It was not necessarily a "yes" or "no" but the woman stressed her out enough already with things like this and Vieira had nothing else to do at the moment. The only thing she worried about was the closeness and the fact it was a bed Kaena asked about. She made a last look to her bedroom in order to make sure everything was neat and turned toward the bed.
Vieira made her way up, climbing the short incline and settling herself a few feet away from Kaena. If she could distance herself as much as possible, she would, and for now this was as comfortable as she could make herself. Her legs drew up into her, crossing over into an Indian fashion and her hands were clasped together by her feet while her eyes found something to focus on.
