One person, please! 332 words. It had been just under two weeks since Princess had come to the realization that she was, indeed, pregnant with the pumpkin Knight's children. The Lady Chance knew that Haven had gone to tell his mother and sister, as well as his three younger brothers, soon after she had told him, and it was likely that more members of the pack knew. However, Princess had not been telling anyone, having no one in her life to tell. She had briefly gone to tell the King, who had been happy for them, and she had been excited to find out that he was expecting his own children. It was likely they had been born by now, but Princess did not know for certain. It was exciting, at least, to think that her and Haven's puppies would have playmates in the pack so close to their age, now that Ruri and Heath had left with their small family. Knowing that Heath and Ruri had left with Arnette and Forte had been so upsetting for the woman, and though normally it was not something she would have cried over, Princess was still tearing up over it any time she thought of it, as she did now. Perhaps it was simply the hormones raging through her body that made her cry so easily. Princess pushed those thoughts away from her mind now as she walked towards the stables. Haven was not at home, and though she did not need him for anything specific, she thought she might go visit him if he was there, and if not, perhaps she would find someone else to talk to. Surely her condition would draw attention to her. The thick, warm, knit dress that she wore, a soft lilac color, did not hide the noticable bump on her belly. It fit nicely, though, and Haven had certainly found her quite a few nice, warm dresses out in the city when she had realized she did not have anything warm enough. |
