She was a winsome creature, delicately crafted with light bones and a sweet, open face. Even more, she had valuable blood - Pure blood, one of the last strains of royalty that the New World had. Sirius was a proud man, but not stupid, and he knew the power of her family would be comparable to the power of the Family he intended to create. But times were changing, and perhaps this princess would not remain an object out of grasp for long - Royalty was such a fickle concept these days. It all came down to blood, blood and respect, and these were both things that Sirius sought to command.

Her blush served to please him. Although a practical creature, he had a particular admiration for beauty, as most do. Beautiful things always seemed more precious than their plaint counterparts, and his hard reptile-green eyes measure her worth and her value as the human gentry he so mimicked may have done, a world ago. Pretty women always were the objects of greedy men, and he was inferior to that same lust that had plagued his gender indefinitely.

The Revlis man wondered what Eris would think of the girl, if he were indeed to take her from the imbeciles that had allowed to wander so. The coal-furred shaman also had an appreciation for pretty things, trinkets and the like, as he had observed her collecting and hoarding them of late. She would find Clover a lovely item too, he mused lightly. But there was too much to do, yet. Too much left unfinished, before he could think of such decorations as the pretty Clover Love.

That was the name with which she had identified herself. The corners of his mouth bowed up in a smile, revealing a quick glitter of the sharp teeth there-in. Curious and curiouser, that she would not identify herself as the Lykoi he so knew her to be! Like a hawk watching a hare, the man's eyes narrowed, although his smile remained pleasant. Curious and curiouser. "I am so pleased to meet you, Miss Love," His voice was a lavish purr, although not excessive. Nothing about Sirius seemed excessive, merely proper and flattering. "Such a suitable name, for such a beautiful lady," How easily he could pluck her, a wild flower, from the stem of all that she knew. Although the cunning man was not so stupid and foolhardy to assume that Inferni would just relinquish her from grasp, and nor was he strong enough yet to be invulnerable to their retaliation. War was such a profitable business, but only when done appropriately, and he was not in the business of wreaking more havoc than he could control.

However, flinty eyes observed her hungrily, more feral than the cultured air he exuded. They were wolf-eyes, a Hunter's eyes, showing the cold potential he had. He was at heart a somewhat vain creature, and she was a beautiful jewel, fit for any future crown. "Will you sit with me awhile? The mountain can be such a lonely place," He sounded suitably forlorn, but scooted across the rock surface a little closer to her.
