Miqui wandered alone with his thoughts for a very short time before, as luck would have it, Tlantli appeared seemingly out of nowhere. He was surprised by her abrupt appearance and made a mental note to explore the territory further very soon, for he was clearly not very comfortable with the locations of certain things yet and he liked to know his way around. He listened to her speak in her heavy accent, an accent he shared but that was not quite so seductive coming from his mouth. He didn't smile, though he was inwardly happy to see her. His sister was one of few people who managed to make him feel something other than irritation in their presence.

"Halp you?" he grumbled light-heartedly. "Of course, wha' use am I but to asseest my humble seester?" he laughed softly, changing position so he was now facing her directly. Miqui knew his sister was proud, but never too proud to ask for his help and nor was he for that matter. The siblings had been through so much together, forging a bond so deep that neither was anything but themselves around the other. Miqui liked it that way, it provided a good outlet for the emotions he kept shielded so carefully from anyone and everyone else.

The man looked past her towards the direction she had come from, wondering what she might need help with. She was a very capable woman and there was little physical work she couldn't do and so he was unsure what she could need. Of course, it couldn't be anything too important, or else she would have sought after him as opposed to the other way around. No matter, he was willing to do whatever she asked and waited expectantly for her to elaborate.
