Miqui returned his sister's greeting with his own show of affection. Though he was not a particularly touchy or loving individual, Miqui had come to realize that in Salsola affection was custom, much to his dismay. He had no qualms with it when it came to Tlantli, but among those he was less comfortable around the man felt extremely uneasy.
Miqui listened intently to the english words that spilled choppily from his sister's mouth. He raised an eyebrow in interest as she spoke of a special marking and the man found himself with a feeling of slight excitement at learning just what exactly she meant. His eyes searched his sister for some clue as to what was to come for him, but he figured he'd soon enough find out for himself and did not prod. Miqui simply nodded and followed Tlantli as she led him toward some unidentified area of the pack.
The Kimaris man was not a fan of surprises, and for this reason his excitement was mixed with hesitation. Of course, he wasn't afraid of much of anything considering the horrors he'd already been through in his life, but he liked to know what he was getting himself into if at all possible and the question she posed him made him wary. Of course he trusted his sister, though for her to ask such a question meant that whatever was to come wasn't going to be something he'd agree to for just anyone. "I do," he answered slowly. "What ees thees marking you speak of, seester?" he asked cautiously, waiting for further explanation before he allowed her to go to work.
