We still kill the old way

Svara looked around at the early morning. Her sharp green eyes watched the birds fly off at any small sound, and watching small animals skatter with her every paw step. Ever since she had been taken in about a week ago she had gain some weight and looked less starved and a brighter light was in her eyes. The female Firefly and her had talked more, even though it hadn't been very good talking, on the edge of one of them ripping the others throat out. Svara was sure at this age she would be the one getting ripped not the she wolf. The child looked down at her large but young paws and couldn't help but wait till she was fully grown. She was tired of being small and young, she wanted to be as strong and big as the others.

Ever since she had started living at the cabin of the tan males who she had heard was named Haku, the young pup had had fun eating him out of house and home. It really brightened her day up. Then again causing anyone trouble brightened her day. One wolfs pain was another wolfs pleasure. Taking a deep breath she couldn't help but growl in irritation. The damned cold was never gonna go away. The snow was still on the ground, and the cold air was still making her shiver. Next winter she would be sure to have enough fat to keep her warm like the light pup she had meet in the feild.

The sound of a howl rose up in the cold morning. Svara's ears perked forwards and the hair on her spine rose. It was a call. Was it a hunt? A grin pulled up on her mouth. The thought of running bitting at some animals hocks, oh the joy of it. The girls paws itched to have blood in her mouth, the saticfaction of it going down her throat. Taking a step forward, and then another, the pup was off at a dead run. Her cold nose was at work trying to locate the wolf, and her ears forwards listening. She slowed after a while, her dark coat rippling with her trotting motions. Her green eyes located the male. It was Haku, the one she staied with. Though he was dark and very much an ass Svara didn't mind him. The firefly female was more a bother, she was all talk and no action. In Svara's opinion you could be a bitch all you want, but not a true one if you were just talk. Then again, likes didn't get along.

Walking up to the male the pup sat down a few feet from him her green eyes just watching. She said nothing as she sat there finding no reason to say a rude or stuborn comment that would only get her kicked out of the hunting party. She wanted that blood in her mouth more then the saticfaction of pissing people off. The young girl took measures not to show her excitment staying stalk still and keeping her ears flat on her dark head. This was going to be a blast.
