Hemming!! <3

It felt heavy in her hands, but it was a weight that she could manage. Her slim frame was stronger then some might think, and the thing she held was not very large. It was a present. A gift for a wolf that had given something to her, a toy that was now placed in her room as a decoration. The kite had been fun, yet Anu would not bring it out in the rain, it was far too fragile and she was sure she could never get it to fly. So it hung on her wall, reminding her always of the male that had given it to her. For some time she had thought about what she would bring him, but Anu was a soul of simplicity and lavish or creative things were not her forte.

The clay pot was something that was certainly of value, but only to the very few that found a use for it. She had picked the one that was chipped the least, and inside placed soft fertile soil and a yellow day lily. After much debate, Anu decided that a flower would be a proper gift. The one she sought out was one that understood her, and understood the value of an individual’s talent. She could see that he would appreciate such a thing, at least she hoped.

She walked slowly, taking much of the day to travel to the pack lands. And once inside the fenced area Anu could only drift along the boarder in hope. She followed a passing scent that reminded her of him, but she was sure that she might not find him at all and too meek to call for him Anu was destined to travel in circles till dusk. She wondered if there was a pack center, and if she could leave it for him, for the longer she held the potted plant, the more foolish she felt doing so. What male would want a flower?
