ooc;; I hope its okay to backdate this to 27th January? Im not taking any threads past 29th January till my thread with Naniko is finished!

The scenes had played on his mind for days, invading his dreams and making him angry and irritable. They were confusing and strange, but it was more to do with the feeling that arose from these images that confused the Marbas more than he could imagine. Her body, tightly wrapped up in his, kisses and playful notions that had quickly turned into something more. Of course, his natural instinct was to split the pair up- he smelt of 'other' whilst she was Anatheman. He'd had to remind himself very sharply that she was free to do as she pleased, free to do whomever she pleased. He himself had had more than one plaything at a time, he knew what it was like to feel the thrill of multiple sextoys. That didnt make it any easier to find one of his own playthings at it with someone else.

Teddy had surpressed the anger for days- he'd had a small adventure in Anathema's storage cupboards the day before yesterday and yesterday had found him out by Phosphagos Foothills, wondering what a lone female was doing skulking around the borders when she had no intention of joining Anathema. However, he hadn't been able to push the images from his mind and he had been pretty useless and pushing away the angry and hot feeling beneath his skin. He had no word for jealousy in his head because he had always had what he wanted. He didnt need to feel jealousy and therefore he didnt. However, the sick churning of his stomach when the images repeated themselves on him was a foreign and unpleasent feeling.

The scowl that marred the handsome mans face had sat there most of the night. He hadnt slept and had spent most of it maintaining the upkeep of his weapons- cleaning and sharpening and making sure that all sheaths and quivers were still well capable of holding his precious things. He'd found a whetstone not long ago and his sword was sharper than it ever had been. Still, his mind hadnt been on cleaning his weapons. They been on the chocolate and cream female just three doors down. Was she in there with him? Had he come back? What would Naniko do if she knew Demi was bringing an outsider into their secretive cave system? He had tried hard to convince himself that it was his duty to go in there and drag him out by his ears, and perhaps rip them off as he had done with the coyote. But he'd stayed rooted to the spot, the scowl deepening with every sigh and moan the caves had to offer.

His body creeked as he stood, shaking out his fur and pulling on his comfiest pair of khaki pants. He pulled a dark grey vest over his head and stretched high, trying to work out the stiffness in his neck. He had decided to go and speak to her about it, see what she had to say for herself. In his mind, she was his and therefore she should be loyal even if he wasnt. Exiting his den he walked swiftly past Viking and Liev's abodes. He paused outside the medicine womans door before swiftly rapping on the rock beside her door. The scowl had remained and his mood was darkening with each second that past.

"Demi? Demi are you in there? I need to talk to you!"

His harsh words echoed in the cave and he tried to calm himself. It had been stewing in his mind for days and now it was finally going to come out. Of course, he still had no word for jealousy and he was more than likely to screw things up, but heck, thats what he did most of the time so why stop now.

The D’Angelo woman was indeed in her room and was awake for once. A dim glow emitted from reading lamp that encased her room in a soft orange glow. She sat perched on a soft chair, legs crossed book on her chest with her reading glasses on. The book was called Huck Finn, and so far the writing was interesting but she wasn’t sure about some of the references either. This was a break from her usual routine, reading a work of fiction at least. Mostly she read medical, science and other books of an educational nature. This time she was just flat out reading for pleasure and to get rid of some sort of boredom she had going on at the time. Ouija had left thankfully and she wondered when she would see him again, she’d probably have to plan a trip to visit him sometime soon. Teddy had been almost nonexistent lately and she wondered what was up with him. Maybe he had found someone else to bother; someone who could stand the constant barrage of innuendo that he flowed out of his mouth. The thought alone irritated her, for such a handsome male he really ruined it all with what he spoke.

The few times he hadn’t been constantly letting shit flow out of his mouth she gathered there was an actual mind in that empty head of his. Something she hoped in the future he’d use more than thinking with his dick. It was all very complicated, some part of her did like him, and normally she wouldn’t give someone such as him the time of day but she had, and now she wondered if she would live to regret it before he grew up. After all Demi really only wanted him to treat her with respect, and if he’d do that he’d have the keys to fun time any time of the day. But she only sighed quietly before turning the page to her book, the paper making a soft raping noise before the nock at the entrance to her room.

It seemed the object of her current thoughts had came to her room, instantly she wondered if she would have to come up with some story to get him to leave her alone. Or threaten him with some magic dust to keep his dick away from her. Demi knew the type and she wouldn’t put it past him to try and take what he wanted if he really was suffering from a bad case of the blues. She heard his question, and she calmly folded a crease in the page currently being read before closing the book, saving her place. Eyes looked up then at the door as a hand slowly removed the glasses, not quite caring to see him wearing them but just out of habit. The little little goddess didn’t move from her perch though she just responded quietly.

“Yes I’m here Theo, what is it?” she asked softly. Not knowing about the storm that maybe walking right in to her room.

ooc;; previous post; 633 words. poor demi!

He couldnt hear any movement in the room for the moment and he wondered if she was in. He moved closer to her door, taking a deep sniff round a gap. Her scent was strong and fresh- she was either in there or just left. He hadnt exactly thought about what he would do if she wasnt in there. He could have tracked her down, but it was likely that she would have been outside. And outside meant much more places to run or hide or generally escape from the grazing she was about to get. However, as her words broke through the wall he wasnt sure whether the breath a sigh of relief that she was trapped in there or allow his anger to bubble over because it knew it was moment away from exploding anyway. He held it down, hand pushing back her door and storming in.

He took in her surrondings that hadnt changed much since his run in with the wall outside his home. The wound was just a faint scar now and although he was grateful for Demi or patching him up, he still blamed her for the injury. Now she perched on a soft stool, a book on her lap where she'd obviously just placed it down. There were a pair of glasses on top of this book. He had the irrational urge to throw both of these items across the room. Did she not understand that she was his? That she had no right having other playmates when he was just three doors down. She didnt come knocking on his door at night but he sure as hell had walked past hers a few times with the intention of knocking. That was something, right? Anger rolled off him in waves and he set blue eyes against equally blue as he glared at her.

"Who the hell is Ouija?"

He demanded, having heard the name squealed from her lips more than a few times. He tried to push back the images but the overtook his mind. Their bodies rolling together, her sighs of pleasure. They were disgusting to him, even though they had looked pretty similar on their romp in Halifax. But that had been him and her, not her and another randomer who didnt even belong in the cave system of Anathema. Of course, he had no idea that Ouija was related to more than half the pack. But that didnt matter to him right now. Demi did and he had no idea why.

Feel free to PP, as long as it's not to bad

Soft tired eyes watched the intruding male burst in. This was probably her most vulnerable time, mornings and throughout the day when her wits where about her, but her mind wasn’t turning as well as it should have. Instantly his posture sent a chill of fear down her spine, normally she feared no man, but this one seemed different. Instantly when the worlds rolled off his tongue she regretted ever meeting him. Demi wanted nothing more than for him to leave, leave her alone and never utter another word to her. Ouija had every right to be here, he wouldn’t have been in the caves without consent but apparently this little issue never filled his dumb mind. Demi could feel her anger rising within her, but the helplessness of the situation itself prevented her from acting upon it.

Simply she just stared coldly at him, wondering just what the hell his problem was. Demi owed him nothing, and she would give him nothing. A single finger rose pointing to the door before she spoke.

“You are not my mate, nor are you my lover, I owe you no explanation, get the fuck out” And the words were spoken sternly, she may have to endure pain if he chose to react violently but she had her aunt who she could run and seek shelter with.

ooc;; dont be silly dear, teddy would never hurt her!

He could tell that he had scared her. He could smell it on her and he could certainly see it in her eyes and her posture. But fighting over the stench of fear was the overwhelming waves of anger. She was furious at him, and he was furious at her. They could easily got at each other and try to tear each others throats out. Wolves from the past would have done this. But they were more civilised and they would not be fighting any time soon. Besides, Demi was tiny, petite and mostly delicate in body structure. Putting all this aside, Teddy would never have hurt her. No matter how angry he was with her, he would never raise a hand to hurt her. His father had beat his mother and Teddy had watched for most of his youth. He would never be able to put someone through that kind of pain and anguish that his mother went through. It went against everything he ever lived by. But she didnt know that, did she?

Angry words were thrown at him but he still didnt know who this mystery guy was. And he most certainly had no intention of leaving with his questions unanswered. So instead he snorted at her and crossed his arms over his chest. His hands were now out of action- he couldnt swing them around to accentuate his points. She shouldnt be terrified of getting hit by him now. He knew she was still scared but her anger was overriding this. Cold blue eyes glared down at her as he waited for her to give him and actual answer. She didnt and he felt frustration take over.

"I'm not going anywhere until you tell me who Ouija is!"

He shouted back at her with a snap of his teeth. He hadnt meant to and he knew he had to reign in his anger. But in all honesty he had no idea why he was so mad. She shouldnt mean anything to him, let alone mean enough to anger him. But he'd already proven that she got under his skin when she'd made him so mad he'd injured himself. He should have known that catching her with another man would send him into a furious tyraid. But he hadnt and now he couldnt quite figure out what this was all about. And when she did tell him who this guy was, he had no idea what he planned to do with this information.

Demi sat silently as her arms crossed mirroring his for the moment. Just what the hell was it between these two that drove them into insane fits when around each other? Her eyes watched him quietly the anger still there but quickly becoming enveloped by a sense of fear as well. It wasn’t his place to be asking such questions. He had made no promise to her or had he asked for one from her. The handsome male had been a good lay but otherwise he hadn’t shown any other interest in her. Now she was been greeted by a fit of jealous rage from him, why was he so jealous of someone who wasn’t his?!

Finally she stood unable to remain seated for the time being. Her eyes looking over at him for a moment, wanting to poke fun at this display wanting to belittle him for caring so much about what she did. But she couldn’t bring herself to do it. In most every aspect he was immature, and she was still unsure if he really understood that she was no play toy. Demi had known for at least a year that her playful excursions would have to come to an end eventually. Finally she moved toward him her eyes curious and wanting to see him in better light.

“Why are you so Jealous Theo?” she asked in reflection wanting to see all of him. Some part of her was almost elated that he was showing some other emotion, besides what his dick was telling him, but the other was worried if she found someone else would he fly off the handle on them? She needed to know before she would ever speak a word to him about who her brother was.

“You will answer me this first, I am not yours, so why are you so jealous that I had someone to spend time with? Why are you so jealous over someone that isn’t yours?” and that was the real question wasn’t it? Demi wasn’t his property and she wouldn’t be treated as such.

ooc;; oh my gosh i am so sorry!

The young Rakeeb could no more explain why she affected him than he could conceivably chew off his own leg. He couldnt voice his feelings as he had never really been taught how. His father had always surpressed both his sons and wife- they were always beaten when they voiced any negative opinions till there was nothing left for them to feel but anger and neglect. Perhaps it was the anger and neglect that drove him to be so angry now. He could feel himself trembling with the need to pace or to move, to let loose some pent up energy that had driven him towards the females door.

She spoke, her taut words almost echoing in the small confines of her den. It was like a slap in the face, but also something he couldnt explain. In all truths he could not tell her why he was here other than the overwhelming need to know who the strangely painted man she had lain down with was. It was all such a confusing mess of emotions and thougts and uncertainties that the black painted man placed his head in his hands for a moment and took a deeo breath. When he looked back up, blue eyes were a little less firey than before. He didnt know what to say to her, how to answer her at all. But he tried.

"I dont know why I'm so jealous Demi! I just am and I can't figure it out in my own mind let alone tell you... I need to know who he was!"

In a surprising twist in his tone the man's voice had become apologetic and pleasing. Still rather demandig but there was more of an undertone of need there. He had calmed considerably, the raw energy coursing through his veins settling his stomach into a thick knot of uncertainy and doubt. What on eart had this little she-devil turned him into.

She watched his reactions closely, her own eyes studying him with a fevered curiosity, almost like a predator examining its prey. Maybe that was exactly it, had she not even caught the familiar symptoms? The dark voice in her head seductively cooing words of encouragement into her mind. He was a pack mate and a handsome guy but something about bringing down a big male like him found an amused thought ring in her ears. What would she have done to this man if there wasn’t that stupid rule keeping her from letting her true self lose, to have a bit of fun. Cutting and creating the perfect monster. The thought alone sent a cold chill through her but as always her feelings for him where mixed. She had them, she didn’t admit them but she did, and let’s be honest, she could have easily taken care of him on their first little outing, but the urge wasn’t as strong then as it was now, her addiction, her habit wasn’t drugs, it was the business of killing.

So she forced herself to calm down, listening to the words he spoke, the reason she wouldn’t tell him was because she never wanted her brother to be exposed as her brother, no link. Her mother was enough of one to cause her to watch her steps carefully, and she wondered if her Aunt really fully understood the demon hiding in her cave. But still, upon examination of Theo, capable fighter, good genes, and an interesting development so far for the other whisper in her head, that instinct that was fully kicking in to become a parent. Would she raise her own brood of mass murderers bent on a perverted sense of right or wrong or would she kick the addiction and move on. Time would tell.

Slowly she crossed her arms, her eyes looking up at him with a flat uninterested look. He had spilled some form of his heart out to her but her question still remained unanswered. A soft sigh escaped her lips for a moment, observing him yet again wondering why out of all the encounters she had had previously, this was the one that became jealous, and connected to her. Maybe he just didn’t know her well enough to walk away and move on with his life. The façade about her was built with the best mortar and brick, she had erected it to keep her safe, to keep others from knowing, Ouija truly understood her, and their relationship seemed to always have been one sided. Now though, here was another in her doorway distraught because of her, and she didn’t know what to do.

“I don’t want to tell you because, I don’t want them hurt” she spoke on autopilot while the inner workings of her mind kept debating on her course of action. The frightening outcome would be if she let him in closer to her, only to find the monster lurking there, she didn’t want him to run away from her. This was the first time she had felt something for anyone in awhile and it was too much to handle.

“You should stay away from me Teddy” she spoke is a quiet tone, eyes looking at the floor. It was one of the first times she had addressed him in such a fashion. She turned away from him then to retreat to her den, to await his stubborn form leaving.

ooc;; teddy exits! sorry for being such a crap rp partner here!

Even he, in his macho-clouded mind, could see that he was not helping matters. Perhaps he shouldnt have barged in here, shouting and raving at her. But in his mind, she could handle it. She wasnt some pretty wall flower that couldnt stand a raised voice. She was strong and tough and coniving. She could kill you with one well placed chemical in the bloodstream and Teddy was in some ways terrified of that. At least with a physical attacker there was something physical you could do in return- punch or kick or bite. But there was really nothing one could do about poison or anaesthetic to the bloodstream. Before you knew it you were strapped to a table with the earthern hued female hovering over you, waitng to dose you up some more. So perhaps he had let the fear of what she might be able to do cloud his judgement on the matter. Now he could see that he just upset her. Her small words were like a blow to the head and his face hardened into a scowl.

"You really think so little of me Demi?"

Of course she was probably right about that. His plan had been to beat the living daylights out of this Ouija fellow and tell him to keep well away from his pack and his female. Demi, for all intents and purposes in Teddy's mind, had become his property. It was strange to think that the male who was more than happy to pick up and drop a female in the time it took him to relieve himself would be just a little caught up in this whole thing. Of course, he didnt think Demi would run way so easily from a fight. Or at least demand that he leave. Even though her words were soft it was quite obvious she meant them. Hands clasped together in front of him Teddy repressed the urge to growl at her.

"As you wish"

He muttered, turning and storming from her room. So be it. She could be like that until the earth stood still, there was nothing Teddy was going to do about it.
