- Haku Soul - 06-15-2009
Princess The evenings were becoming lighter. The sun was done with its glorious show-off and had left the scene, although light still remained after its departure. Annoying bugs with wings bumped into his face. There were mosquito swarms dancing above the surface of the lake, although in return there was the occasional splash of fish. It was not often he tasted water game, but the Lilium was far from a magnificent fisher. He did not know how to catch fish in a lake without any tool, although he did know a technique that worked alright in rivers. As the wolf quickly extinguished his thirst while trying to ignore the annoying packs of flying insects, he pondered if he would be so bold to try to set a net somewhere longer north west in Oberon’s spring. It was manageable, the question was if the chocolate and cream man could be bothered with it as long as the land game showed no sign to gain brains.
The secui shook his head violently when he was done drinking, causing a sky of bugs to take off. Fuck, fuck, fucking insects. It always amazed him how short temper he had when it came to those little brainless things with wings. He was tempted to go into a small craze and snap wildly after the thick, moving clouds, but he did not really want them inside his mouth either. His skin itched, paranoid just like his mind. Haku turned and left the lake behind, wandering into the thick forest, and headed south to find the borders. He spent more time than necessary to patrol the borders. If it was just a way to occupy himself, he was not sure. It could be enjoyable, and the male had no particular hobbies he could freely perform without taking a life or two. He silently wondered where Lillith were, what she was doing. He was sure that she would have managed to come up with some fun. - Princess Chance - 06-16-2009
style="padding: 2px; position: relative; left:102px; top: 40px; width: 290px; height: 384px; z-index: 4; overflow: auto;"> 351 words.
- Haku Soul - 06-18-2009
An ear flicked to pick up her voice. His face turned to find the young female. This was rather unapproved of? He had not taken notice of her before she had managed to get uncomfortably close. This was something dangerous. Haku Soul had gained enough enemies during the time he had lived in these lands. Although the pack was large and healthy, it was possible for trespassers to get past borders and past members. Hell, an idiot loner had ruined his living room. Teeth clenched as he studied the girl. Another member he had yet to meet. ”Because they gather close to the water, and I wanted a drink.” he said coolly. Was this not obvious? He shook his head, insects colliding with his eyes, nose, mouth, ears. Disgusting small creatures. His tail lifted slightly to hint of that authority he held within these lands, wondering exactly what kind of youth this one was. The last one had been an idiot, and he could tolerate no more of those.
Her next question was even stupider. Alone? Was he not allowed to be out this late all by himself? Better question, what was she doing here all alone? The man turned fully to face her properly, brilliantly blue almost challenging in their intensity. ”As a grown up, I believe I am allowed to do as I please without having a puppy sitter on my heels?” the man slowly replied, Did she want anything from him, was that it? ”Who are you and what do you want?” He confronted, before she could be lead to believe she would be the one leading the conversation. He stepped towards her, but only to try to get some distance from the clouds of fucking retarded bugs. His eyes were already flat against his skull, so that his ears would not get filled up with mosquitoes. - Princess Chance - 06-18-2009
style="padding: 2px; position: relative; left:102px; top: 40px; width: 290px; height: 384px; z-index: 4; overflow: auto;"> Heh, I requested graphics, and liosted what I listen to for her: Michael Jackson, 'Mad World,' Staind, and Disturbed, and Kat chose to use the song? It may have to do with that American Idol guy singing it, but. . . I just like to movie it's used in, Donnie Darko. XD And I'm sorry, but Princess is just. . . XD She's basically asking for it. 337 words.
- Haku Soul - 06-21-2009
The moment her tone got smart and bitchy, the Lilium had to make an effort to not flash a set of dangerous fangs at her. As she came with her name, he let a minor snort reach the air. All the things the parents named their kids nowadays. The girl in front of him was young, and it was obvious that she did not know who she was speaking to. Or perhaps she did, but did not give a damn because she believed in freedom of speech. Haku loathed such creatures, although he did well at hiding this fact. The Lilium instantly wanted to tear and destroy at such confrontations, despite which part had caused it. The reason why he did not do so was obvious because of his position (making such bold moves against a pack member was very bad, and could weaken the pack overall etc etc so many reasons), but he had also realized that he should attempt to allow Dahlia’s members to be looser in their speech and action. Svara Thames had gotten away with a fuckload of bullshit that all the time had revealed how pathetically useless she was. The man had punished other, more worthy members for so much less. This had to change.
He suddenly felt like playing. Mr. Unpleasant-and-Rude? ”I seem to have a name already, according to you. That title alone suits me well enough.” the man said drily, his brilliant blue gaze quickly sinking towards zero degrees. His ears were still folded, though it was up to her to decide what that detail might mean. He moved closer, now only a few feet from the smaller girl. How long had this youth been in the pack? It was depressing how little he knew about his own pack anymore. Were they still above twenty in numbers? He knew some had left, but there were also new scents that could be detected, although he had yet to meet the fresher newcomers in Dahlia de Mai. He waited patiently for the girl's next wave. - Princess Chance - 06-21-2009
style="padding: 2px; position: relative; left:102px; top: 40px; width: 290px; height: 384px; z-index: 4; overflow: auto;"> If he would normally smack her around a bit for being a brat, go for it. XD He doesn't seem like one that would tolerate her. ^^ WotD: Tutelary 320 words.
- Haku Soul - 06-24-2009
He was playing so nicely with her, but the young girl seemed oblivious of this fact. It was good to be assured that his masks could hide such a monstrous beast so easily, but the young female was going too far. Haku’s first lines had not been friendly, this was true, but he had not been very unpleasant either. Merely uninterested, perhaps a bit annoyed at her presence. That did not excuse the girl from continuing her act as she now did. The blue eyed secui merely stared at the girl as she went on with her chatter, oblivious of the dangerous grounds she was venturing into. He could give her a small taste of what he could do without getting into any troubles himself by now. He did not give shit about her original intentions, because she had instantly leaped out line with him. One should respect a member’s need for privacy if the member did not wish company. What an annoying little creature she was turning out to be.
”Don’t you have any respect for your elders or do you like everyone to think you’re a foul mouthed child?” the man replied back with a touch of ice in his voice. He could have stopped this instantly by playing his Beta card, but that would end the entertaining dialogue a bit too quickly. Weren’t there a Tokyo Chance around as well? Was this her spoiled brat daughter by any chance? - Princess Chance - 06-28-2009
style="padding: 2px; position: relative; left:102px; top: 40px; width: 290px; height: 384px; z-index: 4; overflow: auto;"> 328 words.
- Haku Soul - 07-06-2009
He decided to ignore her words. After all, she had already found a decent name for him. If this was a childish decision, the man could not say, because he had some issues understanding some of the fine lines in communication from time to time. He flashed an arrogant smile when the girl found a few arguments to back up her desire to know his name. It was kind of obvious. The scent of Dahlia de Mai was strong on him. He had been here for more than a year now, so there was no doubt to which pack he belonged to. The puppy eater was a loner with a more faded hue of brown and golden eyes. Yes, Haku had actually run into this peculiar individual. He had been escorting a loner puppy back to its parents, and the ‘puppy-eater’ had entered the scene and eaten the child. That creature had fascinated Haku more than anything. He had been delighted to see that he was not the only one of the corrupted kind.
”I did not know the puppy eater was a Dahlia de Mai member.” the man said slowly, raising his eyebrows as if this could be an actual possibility. ”You are not required to respect strangers. However, you are required to respect your fellow pack members, especially if you are near the bottom in the ranks tree like you are, little Princess.” he said, his smile still present yet slowly fading as he spoke. Whatever. ”I’m Haku Soul, one of Dahlia’s leaders.” the man decided to add, finally. Would that make a big difference? Her behaviour was peculiar. She was right, the man had not been all too pleasant to her, but he was used to members being more careful than the little female here. It could be dangerous to disrespect the leaders, or so some individuals believed it seemed. - Princess Chance - 07-09-2009
style="padding: 2px; position: relative; left:102px; top: 40px; width: 290px; height: 384px; z-index: 4; overflow: auto;"> Bah, sorry for the wait. >_>; WotD: Fervid. 417 words.
- Haku Soul - 07-17-2009
He could see the surprise sneak up on her and bloom in her face, and wrongly assumed that it was because it had turned out that she had been trying to be smart with the wrong person. Apparently quite some of the fresher faces in the pack were completely unaware of who ran this shit. Of course, everyone seemed to know the ivory Rosea and quite some also knew the pitch black Adonis. Few seemed to know Haku, but then again he was not marching openly around. At least not too openly. He was an authority figure, this was true, but he was not much in the spotlight unless the matter had a drop of blood or two splattered over it. He was the impulsive and physical force in the leadership, far from afraid to do ugly things. He had always wondered why Cercelee had kept him as her second in command after the Inferni matter was over and done with, but perhaps it was true that opposites were nice spice for a council. Not for his plans though. It was an itch, really.
When her question sounded the man understood. Of course.. Had Colibri cried out her misery to such a young girl? Was there no end to her attention seeking? The man quickly caught himself judging his first born daughter instantly, but it could not really be helped. Once upon a time they had been okay and he had actually managed halfway to be a father for her. However, when the first grains of sand had started to run down the steep hill, the landslide had picked up surprisingly fast and destroyed whatever they once had. Haku was not one of those that glanced behind his back about such unfortunate instances. The demon had found pleasure in it, although Haku himself at that moment not that much. Today it was a memory edged with bliss. He was sick in his head and in his body. Creatures like Haku should not be allowed to live. He was too intelligent to roam about wildly and truly openly like Brennt. He was too delicate and messed up to climb up to the level Corvus Vendetta had reached. This was why he was still alive.
”"Yes” the male’s voice confirmed, voice slightly flat, but not announcing the true lack of proper relationship between father and daughter. That was all he had to say about that. Confirm that yes, he was her father. Was it not obvious anyway? She had his coat and looks down to the last detail. The only difference was her slimmer frame and her gender. Most of the female offspring he knew of that had his blood seemed to take after his general appearance. It was a nightmare. The girl did not seem to put extreme curiosity down in the matter and she quickly went on. It was true what she said now, one could never truly be too careful. Her last reply caused a lonely chuckle to leave his lips. Everyone always telling her to be careful. Ah, he understood. It wouldn’t necessarily make the man amend his behaviour though. ””Yeah well, hi there.” he dully said, not sure if he liked that he was a man ruled by and ruling with only females. - Princess Chance - 07-22-2009
style="padding: 2px; position: relative; left:102px; top: 40px; width: 290px; height: 384px; z-index: 4; overflow: auto;"> Okay, so I'm on absence/scarcity, and I'm trying to do a few posts tonight. . . I'll be back on Sunday, though, but that explains the wait between my posts? >_>; 342 words.
- Haku Soul - 07-23-2009
Whatever those eyes of hers searched for, she would not find it. Haku was generally very neutrally posed whenever reactions and moods were better off hidden away. Without that self control, the man’s teeth would flash dangerously just at the thought of his daughter. Without that amazing self control, it would be clear to all that he was a notorious killing machine that found his pleasure in cruelty and despair. He remained in Dahlia because he saw the pack and his position in it as one of his strengths, a weapon he eventually could turn against those he wanted exposed off if he just managed to get a proper grip on it. So far there were those who were standing in his way, although he was certain that there would be a time where those individuals would be taken care of. He did not know when, if it would happen at all, but he kept that belief. Patience was something he handled well when all it required was to remain passive in this position.
Haku had silently toyed with the possibility to simply leave, but he preferred to witness her confusion and to see her uncomfortable around him. Her voice broke through and tiptoed back to the topic of his daughter once again, seemingly as a random topic to prevent that horrible silence to enter the evening air. ”No, she spent the first year or so of her life as a loner without a pack. Dahlia is the first pack she joined, and I just happened to be the leader there at that time.” the male replied, wondering why he bothered providing her with any info at all. Colibri was a delicate topic overall. ”Her mom is dead, and I’m her father only by blood and nothing more.” he continued, the dark mood already suggesting that this was a bad conversation topic. He should dismiss her or himself, but he was indifferent to uncomfortable silence and awkwardness. - Princess Chance - 07-26-2009
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v313/ ... etable.png); background-position: bottom center; background-repeat: no-repeat; width:400px; border:1px #0069B3 solid; font-size: 10px;"> ooc - WotD: Ineluctable. 352 words.
- Haku Soul - 07-30-2009
The girl went on, attempting to chat, unable to just go away. The secui kept his unpleasant stare, though enjoying this. She went on and talked about her mother and so on, and the Lilium wondered if she was aware that he did not give a damn. Haku did not like people talking about things that were completely worthless. Perhaps there could be some worth in knowing this, but he usually found little value in this. He was not much for gossip and that kind unless it served a greater purpose than just sharing stuff. Tokyo Chance was a woman he liked to look at, but he had no interest whatsoever in the history of mother and daughter. The man was quite sure that the Chance family had a weird thing similar to Haku and Colibri. He did not imagine Tokyo running around and rape her own children.
The male reluctantly decided that he could dignify the girl with a reply to all this. ”Oh.” That would have to be good enough. What else was he going to say? Should he spill out his life story? He did not really feel like it. There was no reason why she should know anything. Although this information from her had not been great nor valuable, he preferred being the listener and not the speaker. Most of his thoughts and his actions were things that should be hidden away from daylight anyway. - Princess Chance - 08-01-2009
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v313/ ... etable.png); background-position: bottom center; background-repeat: no-repeat; width:400px; border:1px #0069B3 solid; font-size: 10px;"> ooc - Probably in the next post or so. ^^; 328 words.

She was right, he was not the greatest talker. Antisocial de luxe, because no one seemed to be truly worth his time. Her discomfort rose slowly yet steadily. Perhaps it was enough now. He could not run around and scare his own pack members too much if he wanted to be able to hold on to them in the future. His gaze finally broke off together with harsh laughter when she wondered if he was going to hurt her and that she did not want him to. What was it about these wolves and their fear of that he was going to hurt them? Haku did not know how far he already over the line he had first drawn up in order to keep his promise to Cercelee. He did not yet know how unstable he was. The man shook his head and let his gaze return to her once again. ”Don’t be a fool, little Princess, why would I ever want to hurt you?” An unpleasant grin appeared nevertheless as if attempting to falsify those words by suggesting the opposite of what he had said. It was entertainment though, to psyche out other wolves like this. ”It’s past bedtime anyways, little girl. You should go to bed, dangerous creatures can be out stalking the night.” - Princess Chance - 08-13-2009
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v313/ ... etable.png); background-position: bottom center; background-repeat: no-repeat; width:400px; border:1px #0069B3 solid; font-size: 10px;"> ooc - And, she's out!
