She didn't have much experience with the other packs, besides AniWaya, which was so far away as to be almost irrelevant to her own borders. Those Caprica had met within the nearby borderlands from neighbouring packs, she had failed to discuss politics with, and had not picked up on any kind of trepidation at the mention of her homeland affilation. But their fortress-like lack of attack stood testament to their reputation. She knew at least three canines within the cavern walls that commanded fearsome warrior-skills, and then there was their easily-defended layout, their lofty and precipitous vantage point which allowed little room to imagine an easy siege or raid. As usual, though, she didn't really feel like going into details about why she thought the aura of power suffused every rock of this land. "Because we are such bad-asses. Alaki, Mom, you, me... everybody, we're all crazy scary. No one wants us as enemies," she answered simply and making a small leap of imagination, too - nobody had given her cause to believe this, but her confidence was total. Exaggerating a little was never a bad thing: saying a thing could cause it to be so. She'd seen this in action, and believed it to be true. Mido had emptied out the first bottle already, and motioned another one at her as if hoping she would open it. She reached for the cork-puller absentmindedly: what harm would another one do? She was leaning back against the sideboard now, noticing with amusement how he was slowly circling the table towards her, but pretended not to notice, turning her attention to pouring wine slowly and delicately into her tankard. "Where you from originally, Mido? How'd it compare to here?" she wondered then.
