Dhiate smirked ruefully at the darker female's irritation. Lately, the young male had developed a fondness for irritating others. It was highly amusing. She seemed to calm down when her sister stepped up.
Dhiate turned his smoky eyes upon the one who spoke. Her words meant nothing to him, he couldn't care less. Amy didn't own this land, and he didn't need to know their names. And another thing, had they tried to harm him, he was certain a scream would do the trick of getting Amy's attention. She'd already explained to him that he should never jump into anything that could damage his appearance and would kill anyone that tried. "Yeah. Whatever."
Dhiate turned back in the direction he had been heading. Without though, he reached behind himself and grabbed his thick braid. Gently tugging the band out, he undid the braid. Tugging his fingers through his long hair, he glanced at the girls. Why were they still here? Loose, his hair almost reached his ankles. Expertly he grabbed three strands and began to weave tightly. The braid grew thinner the longer it was. When it was finished, he put the band back in position and let the hair fall. Now it was at the back of his knees. And they were still there. With a sigh, he rasped. "So. You here for something?"
