Adelle frowned at the given answer. She wanted to know now. Surely they could talk while working? Yes, the boulder was heavy and refusing to move, but surely Isa could tell her. She wasn't a child anymore. She was shifted, a full fledged adult. Giggles stopped the pup from continuing to push, looking over at Dixie. Her tail swished at the words, getting in the way as the rope was secured. As soon as it was ready Adelle began to push again. It moved! In her excitement Adelle almost let go, but remembered at the last moment and continued on.

Disappointment shone in her eyes when they stopped. Well, clearing away the smaller stuff would be easier. Shrugging she grabbed the rocks and began tossing them. Deciding that if Isa wouldn't give her an answer Dixie would she worked through the stones until she was in whisper range. Throwing the rocks was fun, almost a game to make the loudest noise, and throw as large a one as you could find. Turning she quietly whispered. Dixie, why does Isa smell different?
