Niro didn’t have to wait long, but as his tail began to wag he could tell the scent was not Jiva’s nor was the fur color as he saw the wolf moving through the trees, no it was a woman and she was coming to greet him. As she got closer he could see that she had been in a recent fight, he looked at her from head to toe as she moved to him, not sure how to take this woman. she was obviously a part of the pack but why come when he asked specifically for Jiva? Then she spoke it was a beautiful young voice and he forgot his questions at once and he smiled nodding.
“I am. I am Niro Takekuro to most everyone else.”
The elder said with a wink. Then Jiva came hurrying through the trees to greet him one hand hidden behind his back and the other outstretched for Niro to grasp. The man did so with a wide, happy grin on his face. His son had grown so much. He certainly filled out since the last time they saw each other.
“It is great to see you Jiva, and to meet you as well Palaydrian.”
The man had to smile inside, now he knew the reason for the woman coming here and he saw that look in Jiva’s eyes, but Niro couldn’t help but wonder why she had been hurt so badly. If Jiva were with her Niro was sure he would have defended her though the man had no marks on him. There was no thoughts that came to Niro that Jiva himself did it himself, he had never been that kind of wolf to mistreat anyone especially such a pretty lady.
