Even if he did not know Firefly that well, there was nothing that said that she had deserved what had come to her. Especially to those that had yet to be born. Would it be wrong of him to just want to help as well? Even if his reasons were not as powerful and genuine as Haven's. But, if they were lucky there would simply be no more attacks. War would pass, the bad always moved on to bring the good. And then the good would leave once it's toll had been taken, even if no one wanted to see it go.
Heath wanted to moved past it now, and was glad that Haven had some sort of good news to share with him. He watched on with interest, the negative thought already drifting away to make room for those that he hopes Haven would provide. When he did begin the short story Heath felt a brow raise, seeing the positive energy seep back into the other male as he spoke of the girl. Whats her name, what is she like? Heath sort of bypassed the act that she was from the pack that he had never really gotten along with, but that didn't affect his opinion of her at the least.
