The female did not expect everyone to understand how she was bonded to the four pups that she called her own. It was not something that was common, and Anu would not push another in to feeling that it was normal. The female would not appreciate negativity towards her way of life, but Anann’s words were completely respectful and the Dreamer smiled sweetly at the other female.
No harm done, She remarked with a soft tone. Anu could not scold her for things she simply did not know. it isn’t exactly the least complicated of situations. Anu had always known that it was confusing, and that was before she was pregnant. Now, she wondered how the others would feel, especially Mati and Haven. They had always been her favorites, and though they were grown and no longer needed her she still felt that they were her children and their feelings would always be in her thoughts.

She lighted lightly, and felt the small kick of one that lived inside. Anu flinched, her eyes closing for a prolonged blink. Shaking it off slightly the Dreamer’s smile returned. I swear they’re trying to meet the world before they’re ready, kicking away.” She looked back up at the female, her thoughts not able to drift from the brood that were cooking in her belly.
