Sanuye was so glad to be laying at her home with the skins along the ground. They provided her with comfort when she slept and she no longer had to clean her fur for getting it dirty in the den. A soft yawn passed her lips as she began to crawl out of her home and out into the air. She could feel the sun beating down on her fur as she waited for the warmth to come to the land. The coyote knew it would be a while, so it wouldn’t hurt to have a fire going to keep her warm. She moved the ashes out of her fire pit and then began to stack up the logs. She knew she would need some kindling as well as something to eat. The hybrid paused and looked to the pile of logs sitting in the fire pit. She knew what she needed to do now.
Sanuye began to shift into her optime form and could feel her body beginning to be in pain. Because she was not born with the ability to shift, it was much harder on her and caused her a bit more pain. Once he body was done changing, she laid on her back, just to rest from the whole half hour that it took her to go through the process. Her tail laid at her side as she stared up at the sky. The clouds drifted by as a smile came to the coyote’s face. Once she could feel her body relaxing and her figure standing up, she raised herself up and grabbed a small spear she brought from home. She was going to need her meal before she got the fire started.
Sanuye moved away from her home and began to wander around the tribe lands looking for a place where she could find some prey, although she still wasn’t the greatest hunter in the world. She passed along the near the borders and paused when she caught the scent of someone. It was not a member of the tribe and the hybrid became curious. She passed along the trees and continued to sniff the air as she felt her skirt flowing along with her legs. ”Hello? Is someone there?”
