Unaware to its predicament Ralla watched as the bobcat jumped itself to its own demise. Ignorant of its surroundings, it was all-consumed with the thrill of its own 'chase', that which was as much of a sham as Long-Gones still being around. Such a preposterous thought almost made Ralla snort, but she held herself in check; the prey was so very, very near.

Liev's eyes were glinting bright as he played the part of a spider or fisherman, luring or angling the fly or fish straight into his reach. She did not even move when he delivered the bobcat's death blow, although her ribcage loosened from being so pressed against the tree. The kill was swift, and she murmured a prayer of thanks to the Great Spirits for their repast, so that they may not grow angry at them for taking life and not giving proper credit where it was due. What surprised Ralla was that, when Liev was finished inspecting the young cat, he turned to her and offered her a share of it. Her ears pricked up high and her eyes widened. "Really?" The kindness from a stranger was warm, in this case, and it was warmed all the further when he displayed quite the gentlemanly gesture; the offer of a hand. Whereas the contact reminded Ralla of her blush, she was gratified in both the chivalry and the offer to join the man, and so she took it and stood, feeling the joints in her knees crack a little at their stiffness. "That is very kind of you, Liev. I'd be happy to." Ralla found herself very comfortable with the man from the pack she had found so frightening, but once more she could not fault Liev with his leader's ways; they, too, were seperate beings. "Is there anything I could do to help? I could start a fire. That is, if you cook your meat." Either way Ralla would eat it, although she herself was partial to cooked food in cold conditions.
