The best means to travel was during dawn or dusk when the sun wasn’t as high in the sky, and early that morning the Sidhe set out on the path that led to a land where Spirit Guides and ancient traditions governed their Tribe (or so the rumors had told her). The Jinne only met one individual from AniWaya, a woman named Shanta Wanagi who shared a special bond with her equine and held an appreciation for animal companions. Alae discovered Shanta in a mutual territory not far from where Alae used to reside in Dahlia de Mai, and remembered Shanta’s friendly nature. The two women shared much in common, for they both bore tattoos of lotuses on their bodies, and both had animal companions who they were well connected with. While Alae’s visit would be more so something to be conducted in the means of her rank in Ichika, she was also killing two birds with one stone by visiting Shanta and her equine if they still resided in AniWaya to this date. Whether Shanta had moved on or not, the travel to their territorial lands wouldn’t be in vain. The pair embarked when the night still covered the skies in the early morning, for AniWaya was quite a ways away from Ichika.

Kael rode lazily upon Alae’s right shoulder, perched and seemingly dozing off some by the half lidded gaze of his wide yellow eyes. For a snowy owl that was typically nocturnal, the daylight got the best of him in the early morning where the rise of the dawn typically was his sunset to slumber. Kael was often found in the company of Alae regardless of how tired he appeared to be, and it was no time for the pair until the scented markings of the AniWayan borders filled the Sidhe’s senses. They both teetered upon the very edge of the borders, Alae wondering if anyone would be up at this hour of the morning. Typically work around pack lands usually began when it was still cool before the rising sun would come (at least that’s how it had been in Dahlia before they migrated), and lifting her slender muzzle up to the skies that were beginning to become ablaze, Alae let out a gentle howl. It was one that wasn’t piercing or urgent, but one that simply alerted the Tribe there was an early morning visitor upon their borders.
