I come bearing gifts!

Backdated to the 3rd... just a small explanation so that Robin doesn't suddenly have a mysterious bow.

The morning was bright and cool, the sky was almost completely clear, almost an unblemished blue, but it was littered with a few clouds here and there. Autumn was now in full swing, the leaves of the trees turning gold and red with the season, all over small animals scurried here and there, collecting fruits, nuts and berries for the upcoming winter season. The sable female walked through all of this, her long mane pulled into a neat braid, her green eyes fixed on the upcoming borders. Show wore her knife, now with her as constantly as her canvas satchel was, it was fixed to her upper thigh by the leather strap that attatched to the holster, she walked quickly, she could not wait to get to the borders, she had come here almost two weeks ago, after greeting Blind at the borders and showing her around the lands, she had been coming here to speak to someone, hopefully her grandson about the war, she wanted to see if there was any comfort she could give him as Anu was trapped in the clutches on the dreadful Aniwayans. But she had not found her ochre grandson, instead she had stumbled upon her young great granddaughter, the excitable patchwork girl, it had been nice to speak with her, even if she was wary of the sable matriarch, this Soran could not blame her for, after her father's reaction it was natural for the small girl to be a little cautious. Soran had been surprised to see her in her Optime form, they were growing so quickly, the sable female's cheeks had burned with shame when she realised just how much of their lives that she had been missing out on, how much of her father's life she had missed out on as well. The little female had told her many things though, Soran had three great grandchildren it turned out, Robin herself, Linden and a little female named Felicity, it was rather wonderful to hear this news. Again the happiness had turned to shame when she had realised that she had arrived at Anathema with a bag filled with gifts for her adoptive daughter's newest litter and she had yet to bring anything for her great grandchildren.

So today the sable female was fixing this misdemeanour, she had rushed home after the girl had told her that she had wanted a bow. The female had run straight home, she had found a branch that had been supple and springy enough for the task and had set to work on attempting to make it into a bow for the young patchwork girl. She had trawled through the library, hunting for any kind of information on bow making, working tirelessly on the piece of wood for hours and hours on end, finally she had managed to create something of a basic bow, but she had carved it with the tip of her hunting knife, creating patterns on it and even carving the young patchwork girl's name onto the bow. She pulled the string a few times to see if it would spring neatly and it seemed to, she was rather pleased, it seemed a good bow for a first attempt. The sable female had also made a small necklace for Felicity from one of the many strands of leather that she had in her room, delving into her bead collection to find the perfect beads for the young girl's necklace. She also found a book on arrow making for Robin and a book of adventures for Linden, when she had decided that she had enough gifts she had set out to the bordersof Cour Des Miracles, her bag heavy with the gifts for the children. She stood on the borders and called for her great granddaughter.
