The Dreaming woman looked at the wall, her thoughts dulled by the constant fatigue and tire that never left her now. A creaking sound, the paw steps of another, they all made her wish for the end. The woman was thin before this episode, but now the bones could be seen through her pelt. Her head turned, and with a sense of urgency a single creatures came at her. He touched the ropes, saying nothing until his task was finished and she was free. Anu looked up at them, one was the one who had tended her wounds in the beginning. The other who played look-out was unknown. Anu did not speak, nor attack them as she had the shaking boy that had come to "help" her.

The woman spoke, and Anu stood frigid at the idea of escaping. But it was time, time for the end to be seen and for her to be freed. Her body relaxed, and she walked slowly and silently to follow the two wolves. A mixture of shock and confusion swelled within her chest and she could only find a small glimmer of hope that this was her final rescue. Or else she was simply walking to her death.
