But this is not justice

The members of his kingdom did not let him down. They had come together with the normally peaceful Dreamers to fight against the injustice done by the tribe's new leader, and they made him proud. Some had stayed behind—Princess, to watch the children, and Foxglove, to stay safe, and likely more—and that was fine. Many, however, had stepped up and were ready for a battle that had not been theirs originally.

As the King moved alongside the canines he led, as a good leader should, Vigilante searched the moving bodies for their targets. In such a situation where two packs came together, sight alone would not aid them in finding the enemies; they had to smell for them, too, lest they accidentally attack someone on their side of the battle. It was also important to note that not all of the AniWayans were against them. This was a dangerous situation when considering who was involved.

Sharp eyes caught sight of a pale figure leaving the area inconspicuously, and though driven with the desire to follow this tribe member, Vigilante did not want to leave his son and daughter and the rest of his kingdom, so he instead moved in the same direction as Liam, Caspa, and some of the Dreamers.
