But this is not justice

Turnstone was well-prepared this time: unlike when AniWaya had raided Crimson Dreams, Turnstone had come armed and prepared to shed blood. He had no delusions of what he would be doing here; this was war and he therefore had no qualms with the proposed line of attack. Turnstone followed the other Crimson Dreams members closely for he did not wish to get lost along the way. Ehno, a pale female wolf, and Leonard walked before him. He knew Ehno as he was somehow related to Parker, and Leonard because he seemed to have some skill in the battlefield. The woman, however, had offered him her name; though he had since lost it. Despite this small complication, he knew he'd be able to find her if they fell into battle together. He knew her scent and as a fellow Dreamer, he would defend her.

He had his trusty goedendag strapped to his hip and also carried a staff. It served both as a walking stick and a long-range weapon. It helped him keep pace with the rest of the luperci and also boosted his confidence knowing that he had something ready at hand with which he could defend himself. He saw Ehno offer the white wolf a nod and Turnstone felt emboldened by this sense of camaraderie. Finally, he would prove his worth.
