Oh snap!

By mistake, Gemma has allowed all of AniWaya's sheep to escape. Ulilohi happened to be in the stables, and has called for all able AniWayan hands to aid in the re-capture of this valuable part of their livestock.

8 ewes and 4 lambs have escaped. These sheep are generally quite jumpy and have much of their instincts intact, after being forced to survive on their own for the last few decades. The sheep face the perils of cold weather and wilderness. Have your character aid in any way possible. There are no restrictions here, as long as you do not injure the sheep - or anyone else Wink

Somewhere along the line Gemma got it into her head that she should go visit the many animals that AniWaya kept hold of. It took her several days before she had the free time and the inclination and energy to make the trek all the way out to the stables and paddocks where the assorted herds of herbivores were kept. Despite being here for several weeks now she still didn't know the majority of the AniWaya territory. If it wasn't close to the village then she had difficulty finding it without complications and getting lost. It took her several hours of aimless wandering before she finally reached the place she was searching for. The ivory femme leaned against one of the fences and watched the sheep amble about in their small flock. They were cute with their fluffiness.

One of the lambs nearby baa'ed at her and the woman couldn't help but giggle, so cute! They seemed friendly enough and ever so sweet and she wanted to get closer to one. She took a quick look around to see is anyone was nearby, any stable keepers that might tell her off, it wasn't that she was being naughty she just wanted to see them, be in their flock for a little bit. Quietly the Sawtooth girl opened the gate and slipped inside and in her excitement forgot to close it, the sheep were not by nature curious creatures and were mostly uninterested in the open gate to freedom and Gemma might have gotten away with this small lapse in memory if she had decided to simply stay in with the Ewe's and lambs, the ewes were calm with her being there as they were used to wolves and luperci being around. If she had just simply stayed or even turned around before going forth then she might have been okay and saved herself a lot of misery and heartache.

But Gemma's luck at times were phenomenally bad and she didn't notice she had left the gate open nor did she understand the true folly of what she was about to do. She was so very wrong in thinking that the rams that were separated from the ewes would be as calm and placid as their female counterparts, she couldn't have been more wrong if she had tried. She leaned against the fence that separated them and looked down upon them, they looked peaceful enough while they grazed on their stored hay, she thought that maybe they would want visitors as well, sometimes Gemma did live up to the stigma of blondes even though she was white furred and could be extremely dense and stupid at times.

The second she had swung herself over the gate the rams took immediate offense to her presence and the closest one rushed at her with his head lowered intent on sending this pest back to where she had come from. He hit her full in the stomach and the woman fell to the ground with a loud shriek. Her scream had the effect of sending the rams scattering away from her but also the added effect of causing a stampede from the ewes and lambs and as Gemma clambered to her feet and threw herself over the fence she saw with mounting horror the paddock gate she had left wide open and the herd of sheep now running through it in an attempt to escape this noise making beast among them,

"Oh. Oh no, what have I done." the pale woman whispered to herself. "Come back, please come back." She stood to he feet and shouted after them, provoking them to scatter all the more around,

"Come back! You can't go out there! Please don't run away!" She took off towards the gate in a strange limping run, her stomach ached fiercely from where the male's horns had caught her and already she could feel bruising forming. Tears began to form in her eyes as she bent over gasping for breath, she was no runner or sprinter and soon found a pain in her side, a stitch. Poor, pathetic Gemma stood and watched with morose dejection as the herd of white fluff scattered all over into the wilderness.
