She hadn't really meant to call him boring, or at least, no more boring than herself, which she didn't really think was the case - anyway, nobody could be fascinating all the time, it would be impossible! She wasn't sure how to backtrack though, as she didn't really know him at all yet - so any kind of reassurance that she didn't really think he was boring would sound rather forced. Caprica wondered if really, boredom was itself a sign of a boring person. She was never bored, in fact, she delighted in the few moments she got to herself where nothing needed doing and she could just switch off. She kept herself busy, though, so really the only time off she had was when sleeping. Oh blissful sleep. She wasn't tired, though - and besides, talking to somebody was just as relaxing. Mido seemed like an extremely pleasant character, so far. He was willing to taste the wine, but she thought she could hear a concern in his tones when he mentioned not having drunk in a while. She winked at him, flicking hair aside as she uncorked the bottle. "It's not too strong, so don't worry. I'm kind of a novice at the fine art of brewery," she admitted. Of course, the good stuff took a long time to be ready - she hadn't even lived in Anathema long enough to produce liquids of real quality. Her wine was quickly made, and rather reminiscent of the juice it had come from, with a low alcohol content. Still, it tasted good and enough of it would work just as well as anything to soften the world's edges, even if it did take rather a lot to get Caprica really tipsy. She tipped wine into a couple of ceramic tankards and slid one across the table towards him. Her eyes didn't move from his face, fascinated to see how he reacted to the rather-sweet tasting vintage.
