Terra's ears twitched with some curiosity as he spoke. Glancing at the line again Terra had to keep from laughing. Catching fish on a string seemed rather ridiculous to her. Fish managed to avoid her snapping at them in the water pretty well, and the hook was even smaller than her jaws. Surely they could avoid it much more easily. Well, if there was a meal coming Terra would be sticking around. Maybe she'd get lucky, and the dog would share some with her. She hadn't eaten fish since her last bear encounter.

Crossing the ocean was pretty huge for Terra, though she accepted it without a single glimmer crossing her face. Her tail twitched a little, but other than that there was no sign of the news. She hadn't realized the ocean could be crossed, coming from a place where the ocean was no more than a story for children. Seeing the ocean had changed that, and learning there were lands beyond it changed her perspective again. A rather warm place, I figure? Do you have tricksters there? Terra would have said coyote, but she had the feeling that she would know if there were coyotes over there.
